Proto Man's artwork from Mega Man 10.
Proto Man (also known as Protoman) is a protaganist of the well-known Mega Man franchise. He has had many appearances in the games but he will have a bigger role in the upcoming 2016 Mega Man CGI film called Megaman Legacy. He is a rival and friend to the hero Mega Man.

- He normally wears a red suit with a matching red scarf and red boots. He also wears a helmet that is red with a black visor on it and has a shield attached onto his back which he can use to deflect incoming projectiles.
