Gameplay

It plays similarly to Street Fighter 6, but with aspects of Bloody Roar, most notably the ability to transform into anthropomorphic animals. Each character has 8 special moves to perform, 4 in human form and 4 in Beast Mode.

The game's secondary mechanic, the Primal System, is split into the following moves: Primal Guard, which allows you to parry, counter, block or dodge enemy attacks with greater precision;

Primal Dash, which allows you to dash much faster than usual; and Primal Flash, which is basically enhanced version of your special moves.

They also have two finishers: Super Combo for the human form and Fatal Combo for the Beast Mode. Here, Hachiko and Beta, both in Beast Mode, are dueling at Chicago Construction Site.
