O.X.E.Group (or O.X.E. for short) is a multinational conglomerate formerly known for their black-ops projects whose primary objective is to monitor, license, regulate, police and exterminate extraterrestrial/superhuman and terrorist activity on the planet Earth, primarily New York City while maintaining both national and global security. After S.H.I.E.L.D. was shutdown due to budget cuts during the Blip and Ross's term in 2024, O.X.E.Group became it's spiritual successor and continued to finish what it started, It is one of the Big Five in the world alongside S.A.B.E.R., S.W.O.R.D., United States Department of Damage Control and MONARCH.
