Ninja Turtles: the Next Mutation is a continuation of the original 1987 TMNT series, and is done in the style of TMNT: Back to the Sewers. It is in no way related to the 1997 series with the same name.
Plot[]
About two years following the defeats of Shredder, Krang, and Lord Dregg, and the death of Splinter, the TMNT continue to fight crime, but are now reduced to fighting mere thugs and street gangs. But things change when Shredder's son, Himura Saki, revives the Foot Clan, and comes to New York to destroy the TMNT. Of course, with allies Mona Lisa and Casey Jones, the Ninja Turtles prove that they're not that easy to beat!
