Nights: The Series, stylized as NiGHTS: The Series, is an American animated adventure-fantasy television series based on Nights into Dreams by Sega, being developed by Christopher Yost. It is produced by Sega of America and Warner Bros. Animation and it airs on WB Kids since October 3rd, 2020.

Synopsis[]

The series follows a mischievous Nightmaren who heads to stop the forces led by Wizeman the Wicked from taking over all of Nightopia and deals with several threats.

  • Christopher revealed that Nights was once on the side of Wizeman before being drained of her memories forgetting her time of working for him.
  • While in the video games, Nights and Reala's genders are left ambiguous, the show confirms that Nights is indeed female and Reala is male.
    • In addition, despite being in opposite sides, there's some subtext about Nights harboring feelings for him and vice-versa.
  • New allies and antagonists are created exclusively for the series.
