Netossa (aka Vivian Redretta) is a fictional character appearing in Masters of the Universe franchise.
Appearing officially in She-Ra: Princess of Power, Netossa is different from the rest of The Great Rebellion as her ability appears to have no magical or mystical source. Her skill is shown to be the product of her own hard work and practice. She can skillfully throw nets that she keeps on her back. She is so accurate in her aim that she is able to capture a Horde Trooper by casting a net through the bars of her cell door. Netossa has the features of an African-American woman.
Netossa appears in She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. In this continuity, Netossa's powers are magical, being able to cast energy nets of varying size, both for entrapment and as force-fields. She is also married to Spinnerella.
