Aquatica (based on Tampa)

Named after the track from Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit, the city is based on Tampa and St. Petersburg with elements from New Orleans.

Empire City (based on Jacksonville)

Named after the track from Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit, the city is based on Jacksonville, though with other parts of Florida and Atlanta being added to.
