Nature Cat: Nature Cat's Birthday Adventure is a 2025 animated/live action film based on the Nature Cat TV show. It first aired on PBS Kids on November 25, 2025, to celebrate Nature Cat's 10th anniversary.

Nature Cat and One Eared Winnie (a.k.a. Gwendolyn) visit California while their friends in the animated world plan a surprise anniversary party for Nature Cat. While they're away, things don't go as planned.

- Hal was originally going to join Nature Cat on his tour but was replaced by One Eared Winnie (a.k.a. Gwendolyn) in the final draft.
- This special was originally going to be released in 2023 to celebrate the 8th anniversary of Nature Cat (according to an early draft of the script), but got delayed up to 2025.
- The frog perched on Martin's nose is revealed to be named Froggy as she was not named in other films.
- In one scene, Nature Cat referenced the first Nature Cat's City Adventure film.
- This film was one of three productions that were produced by Yowza! Animation, Spiffy Pictures, and WTTW Chicago to mark the 10th anniversary of Nature Cat in the year 2025.
- Before Nature Cat begins the birthday show, his voice actor Taran Killam sang a special birthday song to Nature Cat that is reminiscent (and also sung to the tune of) the Nature Cat opening, but with some slight changes in the lyrics.
- As such, Taran Killam (the voice actor of Nature Cat) appeared in this short.
- Nature Cat's "surprise anniversary party" took place at a beach in the animated world. Only Bertie, Marvin, Lewis, Pete, Kyle, Joy, Hal, the unnamed duck, Ronald, Marie, Jerry, One Eared Winnie (a.k.a. Gwendolyn), Henry, the light blue dog, Edward, George, Benson, Izzy the hamster, the frog perched on Martin's nose, Brock the husky, Martin, Hansel the hamster, Squeeks, Daisy, and Phill show up at the party.
- One scene in this film is similar to a scene in Nature Cat and Mr. Hide where Nature Cat hid in a field of flowers to surprise the audience at the Neighborhood Hide and Seek Championship: Cat Edition after he won the said event. However, instead of hiding in a field of flowers, Bertie, Marvin, Lewis, Pete, Kyle, Joy, the unnamed duck, Jerry, Marie, Henry, the light blue dog, Edward, George, Benson, Izzy the hamster, the frog perched on Martin's nose, Brock the husky, Martin, Hansel the hamster, and Phill were looking around for Nature Cat. After a while, they hear a "Tally-ho!" in the distance and Bertie the owl, Jerry, Kyle, Joy, the unnamed duck, the light blue dog, Edward, George, Benson, the frog perched on Martin's nose, Henry the gray dog, Marvin, Lewis, Pete, Brock, Martin, Hansel, Phill, Henry, and Marie turn to see where it came from, only for Nature Cat to suddenly emerge from the sky on his balloon before landing in between them, and he waves to them as he walks to the stage.
- It is unknown about who voiced the tourists on the tour bus that One Eared Winnie (a.k.a. Gwendolyn) and Nature Cat are on or the live action people. The UK dub credits the actors for the tourists (but not the live action people.)
- Nature Cat's friends all went wild during the show. This was previously shown in Nature Cat's New Year's Eve.
- Daisy, Ronald, Hal, Squeeks, (and the others) don't join Nature Cat and One Eared Winnie (a.k.a. Gwendolyn) on their visit to California due to setting up the party.
- This film is visually similar to SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout (2019).
- It was released in the UK, dubbed with British voice actors. But it is not known if the live action people had their voices dubbed.
- The birthday show that Nature Cat and his friends put on is visually similar to Happily Ever After, which is a nighttime show at Disneyland’s Magic Kingdom Park.
- Although Marvin speaks in this film, his voice actor is uncredited in the ending credits.
