"My Life as a Ghost Cat" is a upcoming live-action/animated horror comedy film loosely based on the japanese franchise "Yokai-Watch" created by Akihiro Hino and Tatsuya Shinkai, produced by Dreamworks Animation Studios, co-produced by Blumhouse Productions and distributed by Universal Pictures. It starts the voices of Tru Valentino, Andrew Frankel, Ashly Burch, Ed Helms and Tom Hiddleston. It tells the story of a cat who dies and gets transported in a ghost world.
Synopsis[]
The films follows the average life of a housecat named, Rudy who lives a happy life with his owner Amy, but all that changes when he gets hit by a truck and gets killed in the process. Because of this accident, Rudy gets sent into a ghostly realm called "Yokai World" where he gets transformed into a ghost cat.
He tries to adapt himself in this new place, but he begins to miss his old life and seeks to find a way to return back to the world of the living.

- Ed Helms as Whisper: A creepy ghost who serves as a guide for the characters to explore the ghost world.
- Tom Hiddleston as Kyubi: A handsome and arrogant ghost fox who guards the gates of the Yokai World.
