Nora Wakeman formed the Skyway Patrol which is the rebellion force of the Earth. War has already began on the Skyway Patrol and other planets including Zardon, Kranas and Lopnar. The movie ends with the sealing of Nardok and with Vexus saying "I have lost this war, but I will win the next!"
