The soundtracks of the 2027 film Murder Drones, which is based on the webseries of the same name, consist of the songs featured in the film and an original score composed by Tyler Bates and AJ DiSpirito. They were released on December 3, the same day as the film's release date. The soundtrack features original songs by Le Castle Vania, Bones UK and Nostalghia, as well as a cover performed by Elsie Lovelock and Michael Kovach, who voice the two main leads.
Background[]
On May 6, 2027, Tyler Bates, one of director David Leitch's collaborators, was announced as composer of the film. AJ DiSpirito, who composed the score for the original Murder Drones series, announced on his Twitter on the same day that he would be collaborating with Bates to compose the score for the film. He stated that it will mostly be inspired by 80s electronic music. Bates and DiSpirito started work on the score after Leitch showed them a rough cut of the film.
Three songs from the series, being Eternal Dream", "BITE ME" and "FOREVER", were remixed by DiSpirito, Bates and Dominic Lewis (the latter also a collaborator of Leitch) for the film.
On July 5, 2027, it was announced that Lovelock and Kovach performed a cover of Meat Loaf's "I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)", which would be scheduled to release on digital platforms in fall of that year.
Release[]
The soundtrack and score were released via RCA Records and Madison Gate Records on December 3, 2027, respectively. Both were released on digital platforms, as well as CD and two-disc LP formats.

Trivia[]
- This is Tyler Bates' fifth collaboration with David Leitch, following John Wick (2014), Atomic Blonde (2017), Deadpool 2 (2018), and Hobbs & Shaw (2019). Additionally, this is Bates and Leitch's first collaboration since the aforementioned Hobbs & Shaw.
- The track "Get Rekt" is considered by many to be "a sequel to 'The Knife Dance'". Eiland stated that "this was intentional. Since 'The Knife Dance' was beloved by many, I figured I could make a track similar to that but be its own thing."
- Some tracks, particularly during the climactic battle between the Drones and JCJenson, feature samples of "Eternal DESTROYER".
- Dominic Lewis, although not credited as the main composer of the film, produced the 2027 remixes of "Eternal Dream", "BITE ME", and "FOREVER".
