Miles "Tails" Prower

Miles Prower, better known by his nickname, Tails is Sonic's best friend and sidekick. Tails was born with two twin tails which allows him to fly; when Tails was young, he was a victim of being bullied due to the fact he has two tails. One day, he met Sonic and he was inspired to be as cool as him after seeing him run like the wind. Tails soon after began following Sonic on his adventures thus becoming his best friend and sidekick. Tails is able to fly at high speeds and uses his twin tails like helicopter rotors; Tails is also a mechanical genius and an aerial pilot. Tails is a gentle hearted, sweet natured, highly intelligent, and loyal fox with a positive attitude. He used to be timid and quiet until he met Sonic and started going on adventures along with him which causes him to become much more outgoing as time went by. Tails never grabs the spotlight for himself but instead enjoys to help out others without asking anything in return. Tails has a love for mechanics and he spends most of his time at his workshop working on his next creation.

Physical Appearance

Tails is an 8 year old yellow orange fox with two tails with white ends, blue eyes, he is 2'6" (80cm) tall, weighs 20kg (44lbs), he wears white gloves with white sock like cuffs, white socks, and red shoes with white ends at the tips.

Tails appears in Justice League: Rings of the Force, voiced by Tara Strong.
Tails appears as a guest character in Marvel's Spider-Man: Webbed Champion, voiced by Tara Strong. He appears as one of the supporting crossover heroes (along with Sonic and the rest of the Freedom Fighters) in the multi-part finale "Legendary Universes" arc.
- First appearing in "Part 3: Unlimited Speed", he and his fellow Freedom Fighters help Spider-Man and his friends solve the origins of Jarvis' robot body while they contend with both Eggrobo, who had taken over a prototype of Otto Octavius' tentacle harness, and Dr. Robotnik. He primarily partners with Kevin Hunt / American Knight, and the two are shown impressing each other with their talents in science and technology.
- Later in "Part 6: Ultimate Alliance", he and his team are among the heroes who join Spider-Man and his friends and the Avengers in the battle against the Regent and his army of insectoids from the Negative Zone. During the battle, Tails, Ratchet, BB-8 and Donatello help Anya Corazon reach Alchemax's teleportation devices and find a way to send the Regent's army back to the Negative Zone. At the moment, Anya voices her appreciation for Tails, telling him that he would make a fine scientific contribution if he was a student at Horizon High School (and if the school ever accepted other kinds of students and teachers besides humans).
Tails is also a main character in James Cameron's Sonic Cinematic Universe, portrayed by Ty Simpkins through voice and motion capture.
- The Classic version of the character also appears as a main character in the franchise's spin-off animated series Sonic Mania, voiced by Pierce Gagnon.
Tails appears as a supporting character in Comic Con Incorporated. Along with Sonic, Sally Acorn and Knuckles, he is a roomer who usually hangs out with the teenage heroes (including Sabrina, Terra and Ms. Marvel) and enjoys the activities he is more suitable for.
