Mike Duncan Haggar is one of the Playable Protagonists of the Final Fight series, making him his playable debut in the Super Smash Bros. (Great Fray Smash Bros. in Japan) franchise as a hypothetical Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (Great Fray Smash Bros. Special in Japan) DLC Fighter, as well as the first of the two (alongside Axel from Streets of Rage) Super Smash Bros. fighters representing the Beat-'em-up Video Game genre.

Moveset

The references are: this and this.

Normal/Regular Moves

  • Haggar punches his opponent up to three times, then swings his arms down on them.
  • Haggar swings both fists upwards to do his Violent Ax. This attacks opponents in the air and knocks grounded foes upwards.
  • Haggar gives a light kick directly in front of him. One of his few moves that come out very fast.
  • Hagger slams both fists down on his opponent, knocking them down to the ground with sheer power.

Special Moves

  • Neutral B - Iron Pipe: He uses the pipe to swing and attack the opponent.
  • Side B - Drop Kick: He jumps forwards and does a drop kick with both legs. This move can be charged to gain more distance.
  • Up B - Spinning Piledriver: He grabs the opponent & does a Piledriver, Gives 16-22% Damage. This move can be done in mid-air.
  • Down B - Double Lariat: He spins around in place with his arms extended, hitting multiple times to his opponents.
  • Final Smash - Final Haggar Buster: He utters "HERE'S THE FINISHING MOVE!" as he runs forwards and grabs his opponent, holding them over his head behind jumping up, then flipping upside down to slam them to the ground, then jumping up again to do a faster and more devastating version of the Spinning Piledriver. The range is rather poor on the attack, but it compensates with great startup invincibility. Any players caught within either impact take massive damage and this Final Smash will knock them down..

Reveal Trailer

Similar to the Ken and Incineroar Double Reveal trailer, it would have Mike Haggar himself pitting against Axel Stone from Streets of Rage in the Boxing Ring from Punch-Out!, complete with lots of music from both of their universes of origin.
