Michelangelo is Raphael, Zoe and Calum's pet turtle. He is the tritagonist of the series.

Official Description[]
Michelangelo is a young turtle and Calum, Raphael and Zoe's pet. He first appeared in Season 4: 1# Their Best Friend. He has powers powered by the treats Raphael has just in case there are darkeners to defeat.
Appearance[]
He is shown to be a small turtle the size of half of Zoe and Raphael hands. Like other turtles, he is green and has yellow or orange patterns along with red stripes on his ears. He gets bigger overtime throughout the series.
Personality[]
He can chirp whenever someone he knows is down or when there's a bad guy. Like how he chirps madly at a university jock for beating up 2 of his owners. He is also shown to be whiny like a dog whenever he's upset or when he misses someone.
Etymology[]
Despite the series mainly taking place in Australia and New Zealand, Michelangelo is an Italian name and a fairly European name mainly because all of the main characters have European names.

Calum looks after Michelangelo sometimes.
Raphael Hood[]
Raphael has more responsibility looking after Michelangelo like how he always brings his food and treats. He also has a tank right next to his bed.
Zoe Hood[]
Zoe also has responsibility looking after Michelangelo like how she carries him.

- He is based on a Ninja Turtle, Michelangelo which might be the case because Raphael also might also be based on a Ninja Turtle
- Michelangelo is the first non-human to be part of the Zodiac Heroes under a former constellation
- The idea of putting him in the story came when my classmate, Raphael keeps on saying that he likes turtles
- Michelangelo is a red-eared slider based on my cousin's pet turtle who is also a red-eared slider
- There are some stunts that are too dangerous for the turtle so they used a virtual turtle
- Michelangelo didn't appear in Volume 2, this might be because he became overgrown
