I made this poster of The Teenagers movie for you it's made by 20th Century Fox, 20th Century Fox Animation, Film Roman, Rough Draft Feature Animation and Lord Miller Productions and it will be distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
Hey, man. I just got an idea for a film. It's called Bob the Builder: The Movie, which will be the first theatrical feature-length Bob the Builder film in the franchise, and will use the original designs from 1998-2011. It will be made primarily with stop-motion (with CGI animation used for the dream and flashback sequences), and will take place some time after the events of Race to the Finish. Scratch (from Ready, Steady, Build!) will be featured for the first time in stop-motion animation. Not only that, but it will also introduce new characters that are exclusive to the movie and are essential to the plot.
So, are you interested? If not, that's fine. It's just an idea.
Oh, and should there be UK voices for Scoop, Muck, and Dizzy? If so, who should voice those three machines in the UK and the US? (Note that Muck is female in the US dub, rather than male, like in the UK dub.)
Okay, how about this? Instead of making Muck either a female or a male, or calling Muck a he or a she, we'll make Muck non-binary and call Muck a they, and once we do just that, then that would make Muck the only Bob the Builder character that is neither a male nor a female.
Okay, for the first part of the end credits, we'll have a dance party sequence set to an extended version of "Can We Fix It?" (original series) created specifically for the movie, and after the song ends, and Bob's team (save for Roley and Lofty) leave, Roley will poke fun at the audiences who leave just as the credits begin to roll. Here is what he should say: "Hey, you! Are you gonna wait 'til the credits are over, hoping there would be a end credits scene? Or are you just gonna leave?" After Lofty asks him what he just said, Roley replies with "Oh, nothing" and leave, prompting Lofty to laugh and use his crane to pull up a brick wall, surging into the second part of the credits.
Umm, do you think Sabella Dern Entertainment should provide CGI animation for the dream sequences and the flashback sequences or are you fine with Hot Animation providing stop-motion animation for those sequences? Should there even be any dream and/or flashback sequences in the film to begin with?
I thought of some for the movie:
Oh, and one more thing. You see, about Nicholas Stoller, not only would he direct the film, but he would also produce it. Not to mention that he would write the film's screenplay and, alongside Tim Hodge, he would write and develop the film's story. Though we might need some scriptwriters for the original series to help with the screenplay.
The scriptwriters for the original series should be:
I think they should help with the screenplay for the movie.
Sorry, but I kind of don't think Blake Harrison would work for Scoop's voice actor. Maybe if he put in a bit more effort into impersonating Scoop's US/UK voice actors in the original series than he did in the reboot series, then maybe he could work. And I honestly don't want Claire Corlett to voice Dizzy in the US. Any other ideas for Scoop's US/UK voice actors and Dizzy's US voice actor? Any that might work better than Blake Harrison and Claire Clorlett?
Oh, yeah. Could some of the new machines from the reboot series be implemented into the film as well, using new designs that make them feel like they were part of the original series? I mean, we are trying to stick to the original series as close as possible, but you wouldn't mind if we can add some of the machines (that are found in the reboot series only) and add them into the movie, right?
Packer: Rob Rackstraw (UK) and Rupert Degas (US)
Tumbler: Rupert Degas (UK) and Vincent Marzello (US)
Gripper: Rupert Degas (UK and US)
Grabber: Rob Rackstraw (UK and US)
Ace: Ben Miles (UK) and Brian Drummond (US)
Two-Tonne: Terry Mynott (UK) and Richard Newman (US)
Bird, Flewie, and their babies: Kate Harbour (UK and US)
Pilchard, Richard, and Miscellaneous Animals: Frank Welker (UK and US)
By the way, should Sumsy be in the movie as a minor character, too? I mean, Farmer Pickles does own her, after all. If she's in the movie, what voice actors (besides Kate Harbour and Lorelei King) should voice her?
Name: Xavier the Ex-Builder
Type of Character: Main Antagonist
Voice Actor: Bill Nighy
Backstory: Xavier used to be the world's best builder many years ago until one fateful day when Bob stole the title from him as he has proven himself to be a much better builder than Xavier because of his team of anthropomorphic construction vehicles and his problem-solving skills.
Purpose: Xavier wants to get revenge on Bob because of his backstory above by making Bob's fans turn against him and destroying what Bob had accomplished over the years.
Also, any other story ideas you could come up with? A film doesn't need to have a antagonist. It just needs a compelling conflict in it in order to work. And are there any movie-exclusive characters you could come up with?
By the way, should there be two teaser trailers for Bob the Builder: The Movie? If so, do you have any ideas for the film's first teaser trailer? And if there was a second teaser trailer, I think that trailer should have a montage of clips from the 1998-2004 series and the Project: Build It! spin-off. But what do you think?
We have to be patient. Coming up with story ideas takes a lot of creativity, skill, and patience. There's no need to rush or anything. When you rush, it means that you're impatient, and impatience leads to disaster. Just take some time and give the movie a chance... a chance for a good story that it deserves.
Hey, there. I just came up with a story idea for the film:
As part of their big Sunflower Valley project, Bob and his team have been assigned by Mr. Bentley to build a eco-friendly hotel made out of recycled materials. This project is so big that not only are they given more time than they normally would, but they also enlisted the help of a new digger machine named Scratch. While building the hotel, Lofty tries to make his own adjustments, but soon becomes stranded from the team in a huge cave and meets a bunch of machines that are also stranded from their loved ones. With Lofty gone, and not a lot of time left (but still more than enough time), can they solve the mystery of the caves, rescue Lofty and the Stranded Machines, and still get the eco-friendly hotel done on time?
BTW, while I do think your story idea is good, I don't know if the production crew would be able to afford to build the miniature structure that Bob and his team are assigned to work on. But then again, it could work for the movie.
So, which story idea is better? Yours (Bob and the gang building a 2,763 foot tall building taller than the Burj Khalifa) or mine (Bob and the gang solving the mystery of the caves, while rescuing Lofty and the Stranded Machines and getting the eco-friendly hotel done on time)?
Well, honestly, I'm not sure about combining both of our story ideas together. I mean, an eco-friendly hotel that's 2,763 feet tall might be too much for the animation crew. As for Muck, maybe it should be a male in the UK dub, and female in the US dub, just like the original series. Any ideas for Muck's US/UK voice actors?
Oh, yeah. I forgot. I personally think my story idea is better-suited for the film, as it means that the production crew most likely would have a lesser budget to produce the film based on my story idea than it would take to produce a film based on your story idea. And hey, it is fiction, so the movie isn't real, but if it were real, I believe my story idea would work better than yours.
Great! You'd probably agree that my story idea is better for the film's production crew than your idea, right? And what about the story ideas thread? Could no other story idea top my story idea, even if they think really hard and come up with really good ones? Or should it be kept up, just in case someone comes up with a story idea just as good?
The film should start with this:
Bob's machines wake up, get out of their shed, and do their usual jobs before Wendy and Bob come out of their respective homes, wave good morning to each other, and begin their usual jobs.
Hey, man. Maybe the film could start off with Bob and Wendy coming out of their respective homes and waving good morning to each other before waking the machines up, and then they leave the shed and begin their usual jobs?
Good. BTW, I just started Part 1 of the Transcript. Now could you contribute to the transcript, too? Also, could you try to write most of the plot to the movie based on my story idea? Oh, and maybe include moments of Bird and Flewie together in the plot as well?
Oh, and should Donny be part of the Stranded Machines, too? BTW, I just thought of his backstory:
Donny once was an explorer's truck who likes to help out explorers with their quests. One day, during his exposition to Bobsville, he accidentally falls off a cliff while helping out an explorer and gets stranded in the huge caves along with the other machines, this becoming stranded for years before Lofty finally discovers them.
Well, what do you think of his backstory that I came up with? And how does Wallace Shawn sound as his voice actor in the US and UK?
Oh, and his purpose is that he is desperate to get out of the caves so that he can help explorers again, so he, along with the other Stranded Machines, join Lofty as they try to find a way out before it's too late.
Hey, man. I'm not sure how I would interpret the rest of the second teaser trailer of a montage of flashback clips. So, do you mind if you can finish it for me? Remember, it is my idea, but you can help me out if you want to. So if you can, maybe add in the part where Lofty falls down a cliff (presumably while trying to make his own adjustments to the eco-friendly hotel) and Scoop, Scrambler, and Scratch are shocked by the outcome, and both Scoop and Scrambler try to prevent Lofty from falling into the caves, but they were too late? And after the film's logo pops up, perhaps add in the part where Lofty is stranded in the huge caves and begins to wonder where he is, and the trailer would end with the usual stuff at this point?
Hey, I just added in the part where Lofty falls down the cliff and Scoop and Scrambler try to prevent Lofty from falling into the caves, but are too late to do so. Now, can you add the final parts to the second teaser trailer, with the logo, Lofty stranded in the huge caves and wondering where he is, and the usual stuff that comes at the end of a trailer?
Okay, now that the second teaser trailer is finished, maybe you could work on the first teaser trailer, where Bob and his team appear as silhouettes, only to be revealed at the end when Lofty begins to worry about the space and start causing mayhem in the set, leaving the other members surprised? Oh, and at the end, maybe have Lofty crash into one of the set pieces and fall on its side, and apologize to Bob and the other machines soon after?
Hey, do you know what the names should be for the parts of the main transcript where Lofty becomes stranded from Bob's team while trying to make his own adjustments to the hotel and is exploring the caves, trying to figure out where he is?
It's alright. We probably haven't gotten to that point, yet, anyways. Say, maybe you could add to the first part of the transcript where Bob and his team begin their usual jobs while the texts "A Nicholas Stroller Film" and "BOB THE BUILDER: THE MOVIE" appear on-screen, with maybe the logo appearing either as a separate layer or as part of the film in some way?
Hey there. I believe it's your turn to add to the transcript. Maybe you could add to the first part of the transcript by adding the part where the team is doing their usual jobs, and at the beginning of that part, the text "BOB THE BUILDER: THE MOVIE" could appear on-screen, either as a piece of text on a layer separate from the main layer or as the film's logo itself, either on a separate layer or as part of the film in some way.
Great! BTW, how should Ace be introduced? I was thinking that Bob could contact someone to bring Ace to Sunflower Valley to help him with his big eco-friendly hotel building job. Is it fine with you? Or do you have a better idea?
Hey, man. Do you think there should be a deleted/extended scene on the DVD/Blu-Ray release, which is an extended version of Bob's Construction 101 lesson to Scratch, and would've been longer than in the actual film, with the deleted scene going more into detail on each of the four lessons?
Also, do you have any ideas on what the Thomas and Friends short, A Builder for the Railway could be about? Now, the short will include the Engine Roll Call at the end, as well as the Series 19-21 credits, since it will most likely take place on the Island of Sodor. But are there any others you could think about?
I want Ren Klyce to be the sound designer and supervising sound editor for the movie, Tom Myers also supervising sound editor, Gary Rydstrom sound designer and re-recording mixer, and Tom Johnson also re-recording mixer.
Okay. The story should go like this: Thomas is sent to pick up a builder. After he picks him up, Thomas ends up getting stuck at a broken track. Luckily, the builder is here to fix it. As Thomas keeps getting stuck on broken tracks on the railway, will he deliver the builder to the building site on time?
Hey, MovieLover9000. Just saw that you added those In-Credits jokes in the credits for the Bob the Builder movie. Although I do admit they're actually funny to an certain extent, I'm not really sure if they should really be part of the end credits.
What about the other 7 songs listed in the credits? We've already got three songs in their respective scenes, whether it'd be the wedding march in the wedding scene, the Bob the Builder theme song for most of the movie (including the instrumental version through 25% of the score), or "Pocketful of Sunshine" in its shortened version during the first half of the credits.
