  • Eugene "Flash" Thompson
    • Voice Actor/Actress: Will Friedle
    • Biography: A 18-year-old repugnant and selfish high school jock who used to bully Peter. He was also Sally Avril's first boyfriend until she broke up with him after she caught him getting kissed in his lips by a cheerleader celebrating the school's football team's last year victory in a championship. He first appears in the two first episodes of Spider-Man's Arc, on which he antagonizes Peter as a "little nobody" and disbelieves the claims that Peter is a friend of Spider-Man, whom Thompson ironically idolizes. He also did not share the Osborns' concerns over Peter dropping out of the school to join the Baxter Institute. Initially considered to be the most popular jock in Midtown High, Thompson's popularity eventually begun to collapse after he and J. Jonah Jameson inadvertently interrupted Annabelle Brady's interview with Peter about the Baxter Institute, causing Anna to leave Midtown High and Thompson to get suspended from the upcoming football championship. Taking his anger on Jameson over the incident, Thompson's situation eventually got even worse when the Living Brain swapped Thompson's mind and body with Jameson's, causing Thompson to incriminate Jameson by beating up the Daily Bugle employees, threatening to throw them out of the building unless they write news about "Midtown High being superior to Baxter Institute" and trashing their work places until Mary Jane Watson knocked him unconscious and the body swap was reversed. Despite being his former self again, Thompson was eventually expelled from Midtown High after Jameson (in Thompson's body) incriminated him by getting in a fight against the jocks dressed as Spider-Man and insulting the teachers and cheerleaders. He now does community service, while also ashamed of showing himself to Peter and his friends, whom he is afraid that they might mock him for his embarrassing failure.

    • Biography: A Midtown High School student, and a top class reporter who was Anna Brady's (former) superior. Despite being a dedicated student, she is shown to be rather overbearing and bossy towards her classmates. Though she had a dislike for Peter Parker due to his occasional misfortunes and failures in Midtown High (and also reprimanding him for not being like Flash Thompson) and infamously mocking that "his friends are outside Midtown High", Kafka (very much like the Osborns) did not approve Peter's decision to drop out of the school to enroll at Baxter Institute, although she speechlessly relented after Peter loudly accused Osborn for certain incidents (such as the Oscorp riot in the day when Uncle Ben died) in front of many. Though she also shares the same positive opinions others have about superheroes, including Spider-Man, Kafka is shown to be still resentful of Peter and his friends, whom she blames for the Midtown High students' recent misfortunes, and appears not to believe Peter's claims that Osborn is to blame for what happened previously until his true colors and evil nature are exposed to New York. In the last episodes of Spider-Man's arc, it is mentioned that Kafka did not enroll at any other school because she developed a severe PTSD and depression, despondent over how wrong she was about herself and the people she hated. She is also even shown in a cell at a mental hospital wearing a straight-jacket sobbing uncontrollably in the ground.

He has a distant relationship with his family, preferring to live in a apartment he earned for himself in a building near Midtown High rather than live with his siblings, who in turn view him as a repugnant and selfish bully just like Flash. Nathan strongly dislikes Hector for his willingness to cope with their father's death so easily by enrolling at Midtown High, which Norman Osborn became benefactor of. Later, after Thompson was expelled from school (as a result of the body swap between him and J. Jonah Jameson), Hector took over as captain of the school's football team.

    • Voice Actor/Actress: John DiMaggio
    • Biography: An arrogant journal editor who wrongly criticized Spider-Man and viewed him as a menace, and was greedy for Peter Parker's proposal of working for the Daily Bugle to earn the evidence of Spider-Man's identity. He first appeared in "Living Brainstorm", on which he interrupted Annabelle Brady's interview with Peter about Baxter Institute greedily demanding him answers of Spider-Man's identity, consequently getting in a fight with Flash Thompson and causing Peter to dismiss them all. After an angered Anna dropped out of Midtown High accusing Jameson and Thompson for the incident, Jameson was given a restraining order to keep him away from Peter and any Baxter Institute student. Later after another hostile encounter with Thompson, Jameson witnessed Spider-Man fighting the Living Brain until he and Thompson were accidentally hit by the robot's Neuro-beams. At first, the beam had no apparent effect until it transferred Jameson's mind with Thompson's body, causing Jameson to incriminate Thompson by getting in a fight against the jocks dressed as Spider-Man and insulting the teachers and cheerleaders until Sally Avril knocked him unconscious and the body swap was reversed. Despite being his former self again, Jameson eventually got fired from the Daily Bugle and arrested after Thompson (in Jameson's body) incriminated him by beating up the Daily Bugle employees and trashing their work places. In "Family Comes First", it is revealed that Jameson also played a role in the deaths of Peter's parents by covering their deaths as a "unexplained, but inevitable accident" for money protection. Once the truth about their deaths was exposed, it is mentioned that Jameson's prison sentences were prolonged: he was now incarcerated for life.
