The Mario Brothers Rap, originally The Mario Rap or simply Mario Rap (with the first part also being known as the Plumber Rap and the second part also being known as the Super Mario Bros. Super Show Animated Opening) is the theme song to The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!. Most of the raps were performed by Lou Albano and Danny Wells in the TV version and Italian rappers in the video game version, through the database they were translated with any language. The intro was filmed in greenscreen in addition to animation by Andy Heyward's company.

An altered cover of the song is featured in The Super Mario Bros. Movie. This song was changed in the film to remove any mention of other characters such as the king of the Koopas, his army or even Princess Peach since they did not meet or interact each other yet, and centered primarily on announcing the brothers' plumbing business.
