- A version of Mantis appears in Marvel's Spider-Man: Webbed Champion, voiced by Hynden Walch. This version is a naive but innocent, genetically engineered alien girl with the abilities of Empathy, Astral Projection, Superhuman Leaping, Healing Factor and Plant Manipulation. Her consciousness initially inhabited the form of an mutated alien insectoid which Peter Parker's parents were experimenting on before being awakened by Peter, who developed a symbiotic, telepathic link with her. Later, she developed a more humanoid form by merging with a human clone body created by Viper to be part of Hydra's new clone army. After helping her master and his hero allies defeat Hydra, Green Goblin and Madame Masque, Mantis resumed to live in the jungle, although she would still come back to her master, since she is still linked to him. It is revealed in the "Legendary Universes" arc that the chemical substance which gave Mantis life is a sample of the Mutagen Ooze, the substance which created the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and their teacher and adoptive father Master Splinter. In the finale "Part 6: Ultimate Alliance", Mantis participates the final battle against the Regent and his forces.
- Despite not appearing in Marvel's Spider-Man: Rising Legend, Mantis is mentioned to have evolved sometime after the battle against the Regent's army, having become independent of Peter Parker, but still loyal to him and the Champions.
- Mantis has a non-speaking appearance in the show's Disney+ follow-up sequel films A Marvel Christmas Carol and Marvel's Superhero Adventures: Infinity War.
- Mantis returns in the second sequel miniseries All-Star Multiverse, voiced again by Walch. Appearing in "Return of the Legends", Mantis is revealed to have joined the Guardians of the Galaxy alongside their new recruit Theseus.
- A version of Mantis appears in Marvel: All New, All Different Chronicles, voiced by Jessica DiCicco. This version is a naive but innocent, native alien girl with the abilities of Empathy, Astral Projection, Superhuman Leaping, Healing Factor and Plant Manipulation. Initially, she was an outcast on her home-planet of D'Bari IV because of her fear of being treated by the residing D'Bari as a freak due to her being born "unnaturally" and not like other aliens were; it was revealed that she was born from a sentient plant which absorbed an dying female Skrull's body. However, she developed a more social behavior when the Guardians of the Galaxy showed sympathy to her. Later on, she became a member of the Guardians after helping defeat the Phalanx. She currently lives with Nebula, Groot and Eros the Star-Fox in Pegasus Z.
