The series premiered on January 1, 2021. A second season was released on August 14, 2022, A third season was released on November 24, 2022. In February 2023, the series was canceled after three seasons.
Lisa Gaming Roblox Gets Grounded received mixed reviews from critics, who praised the voice acting and animation, but were divided towards the humor and severely criticized its meta storytelling, characterization, writing, and audience reception was overwhelmingly negative.

Lisa Garcia is a 16-year-old troublemaking girl who often causes trouble and her parents James and Elizabeth, and brother Owen grounds her.

In January 2021, Roblox Network picked up syndication rights, for the other network, Roblox Network Adult Primetime. The series first aired on Roblox Network Adult Primetime on April 30, 2021. The series aired on Roblox Network and Roblox Network Adult Primetime from 2021-2023.
Cancellation[]
on February 10, 2023, Fox and Roblox Network confirmed that Lisa Gaming Roblox Gets Grounded had been canceled after three seasons and twenty-two episodes.
TheAlexResort said he regrets making the series because he was criticized by his former friends when Lisa was a user and his friends told him to move on from her numerous times and take criticism, but TheAlexResort initially refused and carried on with the series. TheAlexResort also learned that the users he hates couldn't be taken personally and giving much attention to them.
Canceled movie[]
TheAlexResort confirmed a movie to Lisa Gaming Roblox Gets Grounded was in the works. in February 2023, TheAlexResort announced that he decided not to move forward with a movie after the series was canceled on that same month and was later replaced by Seth & Ralph (2023), which was released on September 22, 2023.
