Lego Dimensions 2 is a Lego science fiction action-adventure video game developed by Traveller's Tales and Ubisoft and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, for the PlayStation 4, Wii U, and Xbox One. It follows the toys-to-life format, in that the player has Lego figures and a portal which can be played within the game itself. It's the sequel to Lego Dimensions. All figures from the previous game can be used in this one.

After the events of Lego Dimensions, a new Lord Vortech threatens the universe to find the new Foundation Elements for a new diabolical plan. The ragdohls guy sees this and alerts the doctor. This is when it begins...

Fun Packs return, each containing a character with one vehicle or gadget. Team Packs also return with two characters and two vehicles or gadgets, now most two characters have one vehicle or gadget. LEGO Dimensions 2.0 also introduces Universe Packs, each containing access to a new story level, two characters and two vehicles or gadgets. Twelve packs are planned but will be at the same price as Level Packs in the first game, giving players access to a wider amount of content for a cheaper price.
