Kovu is one of the main protagonists from The Lion King II: Simba's Pride. He is a Lion from the outlands who was originally meant to be Scar's heir as king, but he eventually joined the pridelanders and became Simba's heir. He is the love interest and later, husband of Kiara, the son in law of Simba and Nala, and the future king of the pridelands.
He is voiced by Jason Marsden.
