Kanjō Sentai Konpyūger ( 勘定戦隊コンピュージャ - Calculation Squadron Computer Ranger) is a mathematics themed, science themed Super Sentai season. It featured 4 rangers (2 boys, 2 girls) instead of the standard five. It’s footage was later adapted into Power Rangers Computer Force.

KonpyūGer
4 young, amateur computer coders (2 boys and 2 girls) were employed at the GigaBite Coding Cooperative (GCC), in Akita, Japan. However, their building is destroyed by an unknown laughing giant beast, with multiple drills and concrete-smashing whips. Akita is turned into a ghetto city, rife with crime and tragedies.
Many of these tragedies are committed by Trojans and MalWears, and a militant anti-Japan, anti-Earth organization, the Ranzom Recruitment Army, is planning the total annihilation of Japan’s intelligent lifeforms, therefore creating a nesting spot for the RRA ship to molt into a giant beast - on a mission to destroy the entire planet.
In addition to that, all 4 employees parents go missing, kidnapped by the RRA and transferred to an unspecified planet.
The 4 young, former GCC employees become immersed in a Street Fighter-like video game, featuring 4 technologically advanced, spandex-dressed rangers, beating up colonies of villains. Little do they know - the KonpyūGers are real, not fictional.

Hanada (縹／ハナダ) the Light Blue Boy Ranger - his name also means “light blue”. He’s the rather fussy, hyper, yet math-smart leader. He’s good at calculation and attacking enemies, but not at creating robots or making food. But, he loves a good anpan bun.
Soumei (滄溟／ソウメイ) the Dark Blue Girl Ranger. Her name means “ocean”, and sounds like the English word “soulmate”. She is a genius at coding, cooking, and creating giant mechs. She rescued a ginseng greenhouse farm when she was little. She also created and coded the buttons and levers. Her weakness is flashing lights and dairy products - she is seriously allergic to dairy. But she loves coconut milk purin.
Asagi (浅葱／アサギ) the Dark Green Boy Ranger. His name means “dark bluish green” or “teal”. He is the soul brother of Soumei. They both participate in creating mechs and cooking. Asagi also likes magic and drilling machines. Asagi owns a special Drill Ring to insert into a robot’s motherboard to help the mech wield giant drill hands.
Taikō (退紅／タイコウ) the Pink Girl Ranger. Her name also means “pink”. She loves dancing and techno music, she taught robots how to use dance moves as combat. She is also busy creating a new programming language, and a syllabary for a dormant alien language.
