Justice League Unstoppable is an animated series set in DC Shining. The series has an episodic style with thirty episode seasons.

Synopsis[]

With the rise of many threats through the world, the Justice League expands heavily into the Unstoppable Era with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Green Lantern each serving as team leaders who work with a selection of ranging from three to six reserve superheroes (which means each episode has four to seven mains) to battle the sudden rise of chaos and villains. None of the Leaguers have a set team, with each leader picking a different team of reserves depending on the situation.

  • Bruce Wayne/Batman (voiced by Liam O'Brien) - the gruff yet lovable caped crusader and iconic defender of Gotham who is one of the core five leaders of this heavily expanded Justice League as he has dozens of gadgets on hand and is willing to do anything to protect the planet, although he can sometimes weird out his teammates.
  • Kal-El/Clark Kent/Superman (voiced by Kevin Alejandro) - the brave and kindhearted last son of Krypton who is one of the core five leaders of the Justice League as he has slowly grown more powerful thanks to his exposure to the Yellow Sun as he proves himself as the mightiest hero that has touched Earth, proving his worth.
  • Diana/Wonder Woman (voiced by Judy Alice Lee) - the compassionate and brave spirited Princess of Themyscira and protector of Man's World who is one of the core five leaders of the new form of the Justice League as she still wields the Lasso of Truth and now wields the Sword of Nemesis which allows her to harness shadows as a weapon.
  • Walter "Wally" West/The Flash (voiced by Robbie Daymond) - the goofy and silly yet shockingly intelligent Fastest Man Alive who is one of the core five leaders of the Justice League and the most inexperienced of them as he usually attempts to prove himself as a good leader, slowly learning more of how to properly lead and save lives.
  • John Stewart/Green Lantern (voiced by Gabe Kunda) - one of the many Green Lanterns of Earth who is a brave and kindhearted architect as he becomes one of the core five leaders of the Justice League as he is known for plotting out of his plans to save the planet from evil, usually using his willpower to fight dangerous threats.

  • Arthur Curry/Aquaman (voiced by Josh Keaton) - an aggressive yet good-willed and honorable human/Atlantean hybrid who is the king of Atlantis, and a reserve member of the Justice League, being able to communicate with water animals and wielding a trident of godly magic, being willing to do anything to defend both worlds.
  • Zatanna Zatara (voiced by Cristina Vee) - a bubbly and flamboyant professional stage magician who is in actuality one of the most powerful sorcerers alive as she is one of the many reserve members of the Justice League, being capable of using her magic to help keep villains confused and stumped, being quite playful and energetic.
  • Oliver Queen/Green Arrow (voiced by Sam Riegel) - a snappy and political yet cocky and brave master archer and vigilante who is known for being rather aggressive and hostile but has multiple trick arrows and quickly proves himself as a master at archery, being quite helpful and useful whenever he is placed on a League team.
  • Michael Holt/Mister Terrific (voiced by Khary Payton) - the third smartest man alive who has numerous spheres which he calls T-Spheres as he is known for being quite calm and calculating but it also causes him to be rather emotionless at times, although he tries to be a bit more emotive when he potentially can.
  • John Constantine (voiced by Damien Haas) - a sarcastic and rather wild supernatural investigator who is only invited to the League thanks to Zatanna vouching for him as he can be quite aggressive and grouchy to his teammates but truly has a good heart, being capable of doing a few powerful magical spells as well as knowing anything magical.
  • Jamie Reyes/Blue Beetle (voiced by Alejandro Saab) - an energetic and lovable college aged superhero who wields a scarab which allows him to create a plethora of weapons and tools as he is still learning how to be a proper hero and enjoys working with any of the core five Leaguers to prove his worth as a superhero.
  • Courtney Whitmore/Stargirl (voiced by Ashley Johnson) - an energetic yet friendly and intelligent teenager who wields a cosmic rod which allows her to fly and manipulate light matter, as she idolizes the leaders of the Justice League, a willingly joins the League as a reserve member although she can sometimes be brash and impulsive.
  • Nathaniel Adam/Captain Atom (voiced by Travis Willingham) - a former military officer who became living atomic energy as he is a trusted operative of the Justice League as he can sometimes be overly militant and cold but is truly a brave spirited and kind soul, showing what it truly takes to be a hero to the planet.
  • Mari Jiwe McCabe/Vixen (voiced by Kimberly Brooks) - a fierce yet honorable and nature-loving part-time model and part-time superheroine who wears the Tantu Totem, an artifact which allows her to channel (or enhance the power to channel) the characteristics of animals, being also a formidable ally for superheroes, a trusted reserve member of the League.
  • Edward Nygma/The Riddler (voiced by Christian Borle) - a former supervillain who chose to use his love of riddles to become a private investigator and an ally to the Batfamily as he was specifically scouted out by Batman to become a reserve member of the Justice League, although some members are still weirded out thanks to him being a former villain.
  • Maxine "Ma" Hunkel/Red Tornado (voiced by Laura Bailey) - a lovable old lady who has been a superheroine known as the Red Tornado who inspired the android of the same name as she chooses to still become a heroine as she is one of the many League reserves, being capable of controlling the winds itself, even if she can sometimes be silly and goofy.
  • Basil Karlo/Clayface (voiced by Troy Baker) - a tragic former actor who became a shapeshifting monster made out of clay as he initially served as a villain until Batman and Superman helped redeem him as he serves as an operative of the Justice League, attempting to prove that he can be a hero like the Justice League.
  • Michael Payson Maxwell/B'wana Beast (voiced by Talon Warburton) - a goofy yet well-meaning and truly heroic African-themed hero who has animal strength and agility, and can communicate with and fuse animals, being considered one of the weirdest yet most reliable heroes, and a trusted reserve member of the Justice League, wanting to prove himself as a hero.
  • John Henry Irons/Steel (voiced by Imari Williams) - a no-nonsense yet intellectual and peaceful scientist and engineer from Metropolis who, inspired by Superman, donned a powerful flying suit of armor which matches Superman's strength and durability, and is equipped with a weaponized warhammer, being also a formidable ally for superheroes, and a reserve member of the Justice League.

Supporting[]

  • Amanda Waller (voiced by Debra Wilson) - the head of ARGUS who serves as a reluctant ally to the Justice League, having started to get used to them and their expanded roster as she sometimes requests their aid in dealing with threats that she can't send the Suicide Squad out on, being known for having plans on top of plans.

Antagonists[]

  • Vandal Savage (voiced by Jason Marnocha) - a calm yet intimidating and terrifying immortal caveman who is known for his desires to become worshipped as a God as he fought the Justice League on many occasions and now intends on solidifying his rule as a god, being quite dangerous to this new version of the League.
  • Granny Goodness (voiced by Cherami Leigh) - a high-ranking official of Apokalips who trains the greatest warriors for Apokalips and has recently gained the privileges to plot attacks as she intends on proving herself to Darkseid, being quite a dangerous and horrifying threat to any Justice League formation, despite her old age.
  • Starro the Conqueror - a terrifying and gigantic starfish-like alien seeking worlds to conquer, as he is able to enslave minds with his parasitic spores, being the first and still one the most formidable enemies the Justice League fought, being incapable of speak and speaks through his enslaved slaves, wanting to conquer the world.
  • Circe (voiced by Marisha Ray) - a seductive yet calculating witch from Ancient Greece who wants to prove herself as the most powerful magic user in all of the planet as she is an old enemy to Wonder Woman and is considered quite unpredictable thanks to her magical prowess, with nobody expecting what she has in her plans.
  • Gorilla Grodd (voiced by Keith David) - a hyperintelligent and psychic gorilla from Gorilla City who believes that gorillas and other forms of primates are superior to humanity as he had been a villain to both Flashes and now battles the League on a few occasions, with his own schemes and plots changing but he always proves himself to be dangerous.
  • Veronica Sinclair/Roulette (voiced by Erin Yvette) - a charismatic yet childish and violent fight manager who creates underground fight clubs and claims to care primarily about the wealth and fame she gets from these fights, although she can prove to be quite dangerous to League teams thanks to her hiring villains and using dangerous tech.
  • Jonathan Crane/Scarecrow (voiced by Harry Lloyd) - one of Batman's old threats who has slowly started to evolve by gathering materials from beyond Gotham to redefine fear as he becomes a threat to the Justice League with his new and heavily potent fear gas, wanting to rebuild the world through fear, being obsessed with fear.
  • David Graves/Graves (voiced by Matthew Mercer) - a former author who claims that the Justice League are fake heroes and were incapable of saving him or what he loved as he made deals with demons known as Asuras and is now immensely powerful, wanting to create a world without heroes, loathing heroes with a passion.
  • Lobo (voiced by John DiMaggio) - a greedy and money hungry alien bounty hunter and bike rider who wants to prove himself as a dangerous biker as he works with a plethora of villains in exchange for money, causing him to clash with many formations of the Justice League but almost always works with some villain.
