Justice League: Knights of Rao is an animated TV series based on DC Comics and a tie-in with the alternate story of Teen Titans Season 2.

Sypnosis

Following his failure to save Ronnie Raymond and numerous people from their catastrophic deaths by the hands of the immortal tyrant Vandal Savage after being framed by Lex Luthor, a guild-ridden Superman has casted himself into self-imposed exile until he regains his sense of confidence. As they search for their missing comrade, Batman and the Justice League continue battling various new threats on Earth under the supervision and support of Clark's wife Lois Lane while also crossing paths with the Blue Lantern Corps. Also, on his absence, Superman's secret prodigy Terra, determined to rehabilitate her mentor's honor, organizes a new team of superheroes known as the Knights of Rao with the objective to expose and humiliate every tyrant in the world, including Lex Luthor, whom they hold responsible for the injustice he caused to not just Superman, but the entire world.

This journey will lead the League to finally find Superman when Starfire also ends up joining the Blue Lantern Corps to overcome shame. Superman and Starfire's help will soon be needed when Lex Luthor is driven insane by Larfleeze's Orange Lantern Ring and Battery and uncontrollably wreaks havoc in the streets.

19 Hostile Crisis Sometime before the creation of the Ultimen, Maxwell Lord had scavenged a forbidden temple and bonded the evil entity known as the Enchantress with Dr. June Moone, whom Lord ordered his agents to imprison in a containment cell for his personal plans. In present day, the Enchantress escapes her cell and, aided by her demonic brother Incubus, she starts wreaking insidious havoc in Midway City as she prepares to wipe out humanity. Both Terra's Knights of Rao and Amanda Waller's Task Force X Squad set out to stop her, but in individual strategies and very different purposes: while the Knights exact to destroy the entity, free Dr. Moone and expose Waller, the Squad, as ordered by Waller, exacts to take over her heart and bring her alive. The Knights are also determined to free Barbara Gordon (who is reluctantly operating in the Squad as Oracle) and Bronze Tiger from their assignment in the Squad and convince their leader Colonel Rick Flag that Waller will not fulfill what she promised.

23 Big Twisted Bomb Project Cadmus' scientists attempt to create a new Brainiac using Lex Luthor's mind, Amazo's component and the deceased Victor Zsasz's corpse in hopes of using him to rehabilitate mankind's lost trust in the agency, but their plan backfires when their new creation also adapts to Zsasz's mind and his immeasurable psychic powers to create an energy dome around himself in New Mexico, threatening the entire country. As the Justice League works alongside Terra to escort the citizens away from their incoming doom, Superman works his way to get close to the New Brainiac and stop him before it is too late as Luthor is closer than usual to lose everyone's trust in him.
