She was born in Maple Ridge, British Columbia to Mitchell Amlee and Stephanie About. She has older siblings, Matthew Amlee, Daniel Amlee, Alexander Amlee and Franny Amlee. Her father is of English, French, German, Irish, Scottish and Welsh descent and Her mother is of First Nations, French and Portuguese descent.
