It stars the return of Scott MacDonald as Jack Frost, with Fiona Dourif (from Curse of Chucky and Cult of Chucky) as Jaqui Frost, the female killer snow woman, with the return of Zack Eginton as Ryan and Eileen Seeley as Anne for the death of Christopher Allport in 2008.
