It's Fine in Space is a 2032 Japanese-American adult animated science fiction action adventure comedy film produced, written and directed by Mamoru Hosoda which serves as the conclusion to the animated television series of the same name. It features the series' regular voice cast with Jason Momoa, Miya Cech, Mckenna Grace, Andy Serkis, Rhys Darby, Courtney B. Vance, Greg Cipes, Ashley Johnson, Javier Bardem, Hiroyuki Sanada and Mads Mikkelsen. The film continues where the series left off where after being sent into space, Jeremy, Marty and the rest of the park have to prevent a powerful being from causing the destruction of the universe. The film received widespread praise from critics, for its animation, visuals, characters, story, voice acting, villain, humor, musical score, action sequences, emotional weight and satisfying conclusion of the series. The film won Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Supporting Actress for Grace, Best Original Score, Best Original Song and Best Sound and nominated for Best Picture and Best Animated Feature at the 105th Academy Awards, being the fifth anime film to win an Academy Award. The film was also a commercial success, grossing $1.3 billion on a production budget of $135 million, becoming the second anime film to cross the billion-dollar mark after War of the Toons (2030).

The film was released on June 4, 2032.

Music[]

The film's score was composed by Hosoda's frequent collaborator John Powell, with additional music by Batu Sener, Anthony Willis, Paul Mounsey and Marlus Siegel. The single "Rain" by grandson and Jessie Reyez from the film's soundtrack album was released on April 9, 2032, with the artists also expected to contribute songs individually to the album. A single from Powell's score, "Aerkral Chant", was made available on May 7. On June 11, two full albums were released by Watertower Music: one featuring Powell's score, and a soundtrack album featuring songs from the film including "Rain".
