This license allows:

Some ideas should probably be published under the CC Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported license somewhere else (due to the Wikia terms of use). That may lock in the idea, though, so I'm not sure. For now, I think the individual pages should probably show that type of info on them somewhere.
