Hime Young is a high school graduate. Hime is the illegitimate daughter of Sierra Young and James, born through a misunderstanding at a party when they were under the influence.

Wanting to have a wholesome life without trouble, Sierra kept her existence a secret from the members, including James, and raised her with the help of the other survivors of Geo City, and Stephanie's father's money. Having grown up without knowing who her father is, Hime grew up a happy child until in her adolescence when Sierra introduced her to the world James' from that showed Hime the marvelous species of Pokémon as well learning of his father's noble heritage. Hime soon learns of her powers and her connection to Cellular X after discovering the origins and history of what her mother went through and her father did.

Appearance[]

Hime is a young and slender woman with fair skin, long hair that reaches past her shoulders, and blue eyes. Her hair is a mixture of blue and platinum with a single strand over her forehead, like her father does.

As stated by Jessie, Meowth, and Sierra, Hime is described as like a female version of James, having his hair, eyes, and facial features, and having her mother's body.

Personality[]

Hime is characterized of having both her parents' personalities. Her personality is a mixture of Type A and Type B, Hime is tough, confident, brave, outgoing, adventurous, and optimistic, but also upbeat, laid-back, easygoing, fun-loving, and playful.

Growing up with only his mother and without knowing who her father is, Hime had a happy childhood with her being joyful and energetic almost all the time. Hime enjoyed playing with dolls and dressing up as a princess. However, she barely made any friends, as she no one came to one of their birthday parties, and only found comfort with her mom and some of her friends, who happen to be also survivors of Geo City. To make her stop feeling sad, Sierra had to buy some toys and clothing to cheer to her up as well as with the help of her friends', including with the help of Stephanie's father's money. While she grew up spoiled, she didn't act bratty and is grateful for what her mom is doing.

In her adolescence, Hime remains her upbeat attitude. When Sierra introduced Hime to the world where his father came from and discovering about Pokémon, she became enraptured by the creatures, their culture, as well as Pokémon battles, contest, and showcase. When Hime learned about her father's noble heritage, she became excited she found something that links to him and know about him. When Hime found a picture of him as a child, she sought out to find him.

Hime's primary trait is her overall compassion, something she got from both her mother and father, with the latter admitting it would be better if Sierra showed Hime how to be kind. Hime is very kind, friendly, gentle, loyal, polite, generous, and affectionate to people, animals, and creatures alike, always seeming to put others before herself. It is this that she is able to make friends in school and in her personal life. She was only kind to Ash and his friends that lead to some of them claiming Hime would be better off without James.

Hime also seems to be a ambivert. She can sometimes be lively and carefree but sometimes shy and quiet. While Hime enjoys trying something new, she also appreciates and is concerned by more down-to-earth matters, such has hanging out with friends. She is also sensitive as when she learned the real reason Ash and his friends are hanging out with her because they believe she would turn to be a criminal like her father and got upset at them even though they all changed their minds.

Because Sierra spoiled her to keep her safe and from knowing about the Young Family, Hime was initially timid about meeting people she hasn't met before but would gradually warm up to them. After learning the truth of what her mother did, her father and his connections to Team Rocket, the Young Family, and discovering her genetic enhancements and Cellular X, Hime becomes more courageous and confident.

Hime also happens to be very intelligent, highly perceptive, and quick-witted, having studied science, math, and history, and even learn to read when she was a baby. It turns out when Hime was born she already inherited her parents' genetic enhancements, she was goofing around with them and impressing the other kids with her powers, but when she played with them she accidentally broke one of the girls' arms which explains why no one came to her birthday party. Since than, Hime had hidden her powers worried what would others think of her if they know about her. However, seeing and hearing her friends and parents caught and in danger, and being in a complicated situation, Hime let herself loose to save them.

Hime has a strong sense of ambition and a confrontational attitude, she had to use her wits to outsmart people, including being deceptive, be aggressive, and sometimes be rude. Her drive stems from saving her friends and family from danger, even if it means putting herself in harms way. Hime also displays a cool and observant, having sufficient confidence in her own abilities. She is quite mature for her age and does what she can to keep her emotions in check, ever since showing what she can do Hime seems to take the responsibility of taking charge and assuming her actions alone to deal with situations. Given her drive to excel, her childhood, being lied to, and having powers while her friends don't, Hime believes she should do this alone as anyone thinks they could rely solely on her, bearing the burden of doing tasks herself without anyone helping her. Because of this, she would become anxious if her methods don't go as plan or caught in a predicament where she couldn't do anything to help her friends and allies.

X Trait[]

Light Manipulation: Hime can emit incredibly powerful bright blue light particles from her hands in the form of spheres at will. Hime can augment the effectiveness of her punches by surrounding her hands in light rays. She can also increase the effectiveness of her kicks with massive weight and momentum, greatly increasing the force as her feet or legs glow. She can discharge beams or circular bolts of light that produces highly explosive results on contact. Hime can change the size of a bolt by enlarging it to produce a large explosion in her vicinity without harming herself directly. Hime can generate the bolts from her hands as projectiles, and she can emit the beams from her hands, fingertips, or feet, though requires a swinging motion to discharge a beam from her feet or legs. The bolts and beams are highly explosive when coming into contact, but are also capable of blasting and piercing through objects. As her powers grew, Hime is able to control natural sources of light. She can caught multiple chandeliers, lamps, and light bulbs flicker and completely shut off, and make them glow too intensely and explode. She can even manipulate particles of light even those from outside sources, like people who can control light as well, thereby allowing Hime to redirect them as well as redirect lasers. However, the projectiles she emits can be deflected by mirrors or reflective surfaces, such as crystals, and can't penetrate plexiglass.

  • Light Constructs: Hime can form solid constructs out of light. Aside from projecting bolts or beams, Hime also demonstrates of creating a sword out of solidified light that is capable of slicing through almost any material, including metal.
  • Heating: The light produces intense thermal energy, allowing Hime to emit heat. The bolts and beams she discharges can not only produce explosive results, but also capable of melting metal. She can produce heat from the palm of her hands when emitting light. This also enables Hime to carefully burn through objects or for welding purposes.
  • Illumination: Hime can use the light she emits to illuminate a dark areas. She can also make the light flash bright enough to stun and blind others.
  • Optic Beams: Hime can emit beams of bright blue rays of light from her eyes. These beams can be fired continuously in a steady stream, are more precise in direction, and also give her the element of surprise for when her hands are restrained. The energy also produces highly explosive results on contact and can blast through objects.
  • Flight: By channeling light throughout her body, Hime can fly, hover, and levitate in the air. She is capable of traveling and propelling herself at high speeds and in high altitudes.

Time Manipulation:

  • Time Dilation Field: Hime can project a field around her that slows down time. To simply put, Hime can freely move around while everyone and everything moves slowly, and to the outside observers, they will see Hime as though she is going extremely fast. Considering the use of her advanced speed, she can accomplish many tasks in a short amount, and to make others believe she can teleport or move faster than the speed of light. Hime can freely use her powers as well as any projectiles as anything propelled or object that she throws will be slowed down. All force applied by Hime will continue to exist, with only having a delay effect. Hime has to consciously activate it, so she can be caught off guard, and she can't use it while she is asleep. Using it also takes a toll on her stamina, so Hime has to use it sparingly.
  • Time Stopping: Hime's powers has evolved to where she awaken the capability to stop time. When time is stopped, Hime can move freely, along with interacting with any person, creature, or object within her range. She can give surprise attacks, move to a superior position, or to cause mischief. Hime can make others move in the "time stop zone" by simply touching them, this can deliberate as Hime can interact with certain people without making them move. All force applied by Hime or anyone continues to exist after time restarts. Hime needs to consciously activate it, so surprise attacks can prevent her from stopping time, and Hime can't use it consecutively, requiring a few minutes in between each usage. Upon discovering this, Hime can stop time up to 5 seconds. Using this taxes on Hime's stamina more than her dilation field, so she uses it sparingly.
  • Temporal Healing:
  • Soul Projection:

Restoration: Hime can restore or revert objects or organisms to a previous state in their history by touching them. Hime can repair objects and heal injuries with flawless results, even applying it when she attacks her intended target. When restoring a divided object, Hime is able to control which part acts as the starting points for the rest to gather towards. Such feats include trapping enemies by restoring pieces of a broken object around them, and tracking them by restoring severend limbs or organs, or broken objects, forcing the said parts to seek out and reattach to the body or object from which it came from. Additionally, Hime can easily exploit the environment to her advantage via use of her repairing ability to makes it so she can manipulate the environment to a certain point, like pulling herself, along with her allies, or objects into an advantageous position. The downside to this is that Hime can't heal herself or anything that can be considered a part of her current self or body, but can repair her clothes only she takes them off to restore them. She also can't cure illnesses, retrieve something that is erased from existence, or even bring someone back from the dead, as Hime can only restore state, not life, hence a lifeless body would still remain dead even after being "fixed".

  • Physical Deformation: If Hime repairs something when she is in a foul mood, the person or object will become warped as a result of improper restoration.

Life Creation: Hime can endow anything she touches with life, which simply translates into converting any inorganic objects into living organisms of Hime's choosing, be it an animal or a plant. This even applies by attacking the said object to convert. The lifeforms can persist for a long time and even at a significant distance away from Him. She can also freely cancel this effect and return the transformed object back to its original inorganic state. The speed of the transformation varies wildly, depending on the desired form, a plant can grow fast, but animals generally take a little more time. Hime later improved the speed as she can now create animals in a couple of seconds. When creating animals, it depends on the size of the object, meaning she can create small animals or animals that are kids with small objects or portions from a whole, but she can create animals that are big in their own size with objects with more mass, and it can also by piling small objects together and fusing them to create the animal in question. When it comes to plants, Hime can create them into flowers or trees, regardless of the size of the object, such as pebbles. Hime can even create complex creatures such as monsters, aliens, and dragons. Hime can even create humans but while they are given life, they have no conscious or sentience. She can also negate the effects of technology and machines, such as computers or bombs, and the actions they were doing will resume when she transforms them back. If the environment is absolutely unsuitable for life, such as in sub-zero temperatures, than Hime cannot transform objects into lifeforms.

  • Telepathic Link: Hime has a link to any lifeform she creats, enabling her to know what they doing, seeing, and hearing, and it can be also useful for espionage. It also enables Hime to mentally control them but this mostly applies to the animals, creatures, and humans she creates. As the humans, as well as any anthropomorphic or humanoid animals and creatures alike she creates, have no conscious, Hime can mentally give them commands and control how they act or feel as well as speak through them, enabling her to trick others.
  • Limb/Organ Transmutation and Replacement: Hime discovered that she could create singular body parts and organs out of inorganic matter and assimilate them into the body of an injured individual. Thus, Hime is able to heal gruesome wounds through various means, as well as herself as she can't use her restorating ability on herself. This also enables her to heal diseases by replacing their organs.
  • Cloning: Hime can create exact replicas of anyone she knows or has seen. Hime has to know specific details when creating a clone, such as their appearance, their measurements, and even marks on their body, such as scars, moles, or birthmarks. Since the humans, as well as any anthropomorphic or humanoid animals and creatures, she creates have no conscious of their own, the clones can be told apart from the originals, so Hime uses her telepathic connection to control their movements and expressions as a way to make it more believable. However, a telepath can easily tell the difference. She can't create someone if they have prosthetic limbs or anything metallic that are surgically implanted. Hime also can't replicate their powers.
  • Mind Separation: When Himes hits a living individual, the life energy infused into them will cause their thought process to greatly accelerate. Their consciousness accelerated to such a point that they perceived everything else to move slowly. However, their bodies could not keep up the sudden surge of mental speed and could hardly move, having an out-of-body experience as their consciousness separated itself. While it heightens their senses, it also means their bodies are left defenseless, feeling a much more acute and intense pain, and over a much longer period of time when injury is taken. Any attack that lasted a brief instant was perceived lasting much longer, even long enough for them to think full sentences and internally describe the sensation of the pain they received.
  • Accelerated Plant Growth: Hime can accelerate the growth rate of plants, applying to the ones she creates or existing flora. She can also speed up their growth to the point of making them going through their life cycle, making the plants wither and rot in an instant.
