Hikaru Hoshina (星奈輝 Hoshina Hikaru) is the Stellar Command Red Ranger of the Stellar Command Rangers.

Power Rangers Stellar Command's version of Star Twinkle PreCure's Hikaru Hoshina.
Hikaru is an imaginative and curious student who loves constellations and space. He can be rather stubborn too, in which he will investigate anything that interests him thoroughly and acts on intuition. He is also easily distracted by his hobby, though he can draw extremely realistic pictures when he feels the need, while also being impressively quick and adaptive. Despite this, he knows when to take responsibility and when to take charge, even when he was unsure of his new position as leader of the group.
