In October 2017, The New York Times and The New Yorker reported that dozens of women had accused longtime American film producer Harvey Weinstein (pronounced WYNE-steen) of doing completely inappropriate things to them. Many women in the film industry subsequently accused Weinstein of such acts. Weinstein denied that kind of behavior. Shortly after the first allegations were published, Weinstein was fired from his company, The Weinstein Company, and expelled from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and other professional associations. Criminal investigations into complaints from at least six women are ongoing in Los Angeles, New York City, and London.
As a result, an unknown person is writing an obnoxious song to punish Weinstein for his bad behavior. In fact, the songs will be a parody of the theme for the American children's TV series Little Einsteins, but with a new arrangement an more lyrical content focusing on Weinstein. Stay tuned!
The music video is rumored to be filmed in New York City. We'll likely never know!
