Godzilla: Monster Prime is an American/Japanese computer animated science fiction television series based on the Godzilla film franchise and co-produced as a collaboration between Toho Company Ltd, Man of Action, and Polygon Pictures.
Plot
In the year 1954, mankind came in conflict with the most powerful creature on Earth, Godzilla. Despite the best efforts of the military, they were unable to defeat Godzilla until they manage to bury the monster in snow, imprison him to ice.
In the 21st century, the Earth Defense Force was formed to fight off against giant monsters and alien invasions as Godzilla has escape from his icy prison and starts batting various monsters like King Ghidorah, Gigan, and Mechagodzilla.
