GoAnimate: The Curse of Morgana is the upcoming American live-action/animated comedy musical fantasy action adventure film produced by 20th Century Fox and 21 Laps Entertainment, written and directed by Trio Jones, It is based on the same name of the video by Alvin Hung and Bryon Sharpe and starring Finn Wolfhard, Martin Short, Hailee Steinfeld as Sasha Decker, Ron Perlman, Frances McDormand, Keegan Michael-Key, Jordan Peele, Kenan Thompson, Jon Hamm, Alison Brie, F. Murray Abraham, Samuel L. Jackson, Tom Hiddleston, Judi Dench and Ray Romano, John Leguizamo and Denis Leary as Manny, Sid and Diego from Ice Age films and introducing, Zach Galifianakis as Mr. Link a sasquatch, Harrison Ford and Asher Angel as young and old Merlin, a wizard and Rebecca Ferguson as the main female villian Morgana returns from the 2019 film The Kid Who Would Be King (2019) and it's a first GoAnimate live-action film project after the first GoAnimate animated feature film GoAnimate The Movie (2023).

This film is combination of live-action and animation (like traditonal animation, computer animation and stop-motion animation).

While being interview that for the released of all films, Rebecca Ferguson spoke about her role in this movie, saying that she will literally be turning into a dragon.

The film has been released on November 15, 2024 by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.

Visual Effects and Animation

The visual effects were provided by Framestore, Rise FX, Prime Focus, Weta Digital and Rhythm and Hues Studios and supervised by Christian Irles and this film inculdes a combining live-action, computer animation, stop-motion animation and traditonal hand-drawn animation. Over 70 animation artists specializing hand-drawn 2D animation from Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios and other animation studios. The animated drawings were created using pencil and paper and scanned onto the computer to be digitally inked and painted then Character designers James Wood, Minkyu Lee, Carter Goodrich, James Lopez, Ken Duncan and Peter DeSeve and animators James Bresnahan, Scott Carroll, Tab Burton, Brock Boyts, Scott Farrell, Dave Vasquez, James Baxter, Sandro Cleuzo, Eric Goldberg and Tony Bancroft also helping the redesign the characters from the variety of films All of hand-drawn animation and computer animation are both was created by Greenwich's animation studio, Blue Sky Studios in Greenwich, Connecticut and Duncan's animation studio, Duncan Studio in Pasadena, California.

The stop-motion animation is made of clay to become claymation is created by Aardman Animations and the animators like Alison Evans, Steve Cox, Loyd Price, Susannah Parr, Jody Meredith and Claire Rolls.

This film is using puppetry by creating and designing a dragon inculding Morgana as a transformation of a huge fire-breathing dangerous deadly monstrous dragon-like creature also as a semi-dragonic/flying serpent form with a human head not a CGI head like this, two large wings and long bodyless tail and voiceless instead they used roar, growl, grrr and braaack played by Frank Welker is created by Jim Hensons Creature Shop.
