Synopsis[]
Season 1[]
Middle school student Victoria “Vivi” Weston loves to sing any chance she gets. But music becomes more than a hobby when she meets Poppy, a pixie whose hometown “Shimmerland” has plunged into darkness. The MetalCutz Band took over her land and began stealing her people’s sparkle. Determined to help, Victoria is transformed into the legendary popstar Glitter Idol and vows to return their sparkle through song.

- The names of the Cures and Civilian Names were Americanized, same as the Villains and Minor Character's names.
- Hanamichi Town had been named as Springbrooks County, thus, this was set somewhere in Southern California (nearly far from Harwood County).
- The transformation phrase is changed to "Glitter Force Idol Showtime!"
- Like in the Glitter Force series....
- The music of this dub is re-scored.
- Some of the few footages were darkened, likely due to epileptic seizures.
- Various signs, letters, and other items with Japanese language are either replaced with English statements and phrases or completely removed.
- In the original, Purirun and Meroron aren't actually sisters (the "nee-tama" nickname is only used as a term of endearment) and the latter has romantic feelings for the former. In this version, they are sisters, and Melorina's feelings for Poppy is just a sisterly adoration.
