Ghoulberg University is an Adult Swim original animated television series. It was created by Dynasti Noble.

Summary

After moving from Scarizona, two werewolf fraternal twins, a weed-addicted pothead and a sorority girl were enrolled to a university school in Beverly Chills, Califrighta where monsters and supernatural beings go there.

• Hairy Howler (voiced by Ian Jones-Quartey) is the fraternal twin brother of Clawdette. He is a weed-addicted pothead who enjoys smoking pot and getting laid. He enjoys masturbating to Playboil (a homage to Playboy) magazines.
• Clawdette Howler (voiced by Willow Smith) is the fraternal twin sister of Hairy. She enjoys blowjobs, getting drunk and sorority parties.
• Vampany Sanguis (voiced by Isabelle Fuhrman) is a vampire sorority girl who is Clawdette's roommate. She plays with her favorite toy dildo in which she got from her birthday. She has pale white skin, red eyes, fangs and drinks blood like a typical vampire.
• Arthur "Artie" Crowe (voiced by Sean Giambrone) is a ghost of an 21-year-old man who died from a car crash while drunk. He tends to be alcoholic, swears a lot, and even smokes pot. He is Hairy's roommate. His last name is basically a homage of Malcolm Crowe, a ghostly character in The Sixth Sense.
• William "Billie" Romero (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) is a zombie who died from heroin overdose when he is 18 years old. He never spoke English, just grunts and groans. His last name is basically a homage of George A. Romer, the director of Night of the Living Dead.

• Phoebe Antom (voiced by Amy Poehler) is an overweight ghost of a woman who died from combined STDs with HIV, aids, mono and herpes after making out with a frat boy during a spin the bottle game in the Epsilon Epsilon Kappa. She began haunting the sorority house Beta Omicron Omicron where she died in her sleep in. Her name is a pun on "phantom".
• Perseus Anguis (voiced by Sean Giambrone) is a gorgon who has a '90s curtains-like hairstyle with snakes and Gary's roommate.
• Gary Goyle (voiced by Chris Colfer) is an openly gay gargoyle and Perseus' roommate. He hates being called a "f*****" or a "f**".
• James "Jim" McPherson (voiced by Todrick Hall) is an openly gay Frankenstein's monster who has a crush on Gary. He was created by a scientist.
• Bloberta (voiced by Mae Whitman) is a blob who is Ahmet's roommate. She is geeky and nerdy and is obsessed with rated-R movies with sex and violence.
• Ahmet Ra (voiced by Aparna Nancherla) is a mummy who is Bloberta's roommate. When she graduates college, she wants to be a stripper.
• Sadako Yuiichiro is a faceless ghost, meaning that she's a noppera-bo. She never speaks due to having no face.
• Headmistress Medusa (voiced by Tiffani Thiessen) is the headmistress and a gorgon. She is resurrected from the dead by a necromancer.
