Five Nights at Freddy's Presents: A Halloween with Freddy Fazbear is a 2015 direct-to-video horror comedy film released and distributed by Paramount Pictures. It takes place before the events of the original Five Nights at Freddy's game, occuring in 1979.
Plot[]
On October 30, 1979, a 16-year-old high schooler named Geoffrey H. Williams is calling his friend, Samantha W. Slavin, to see if she will be hanging out with him on Halloween night. Geoffrey accepts the offer, then hangs up. After, a bear animatronic comes near him. Geoffrey names him "Freddy Fazbear", then stabs him with a knife near the chest of the animatronic. This leads Geoffrey and Freddy into a fight, with the former repeatedly stabbing the latter with the knife. After the fight, Freddy falls, making Geoffrey run home.
One day later, on October 31, 1979, Geoffrey calls Samantha once more, with the former explaining a story about the fight that occured the day previous. Geoffrey then heads to Samantha's house to explain more of the story. Freddy appears again, attempting to kill both Geoffrey and Samantha, with the assistance of three other animatronics: a rabbit animatronic, a chicken animatronic and a fox animatronic. Samantha names them in order; "Bonnie", "Chica" and "Foxy". Another fight occurs, with Geoffrey stabbing Bonnie and Freddy and Samantha shooting Chica and Foxy. All the animatronics fall, with Geoffrey going back into the story.
That night, an SUV pulls up, only to find the four malfunctioning animatronics. A man acquires Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy's bodies and takes them into the SUV. At a factory, the animatronics are safely repaired and are taken to an abandoned pizzeria known by the name Helen's Pizza Palace. There, the animatronics wake up and find their souls switched by each other: Freddy has Chica's soul, Chica has Bonnie's soul, Bonnie has Foxy's soul and Foxy has Freddy's soul. The animatronics are then found by the SUV man hours later.
On November 1, 1979, Geoffrey reunites with Samantha after getting lost with her. Samantha tells Geoffrey that Foxy has started a killing spree, perishing 15 men and 21 women, for a total of 36 deaths. That afternoon, the employees announce that Helen's Pizza Place will close on November 3, 1979, after 28 years of service. Geoffrey and Samantha attend the closing gala.
On November 3, over 300 people (including Geoffrey and Samantha) are outside the doors of Helen's Pizza Place, waiting for the restaurant to close. The restaurant finally closes that night, to the emotion of Geoffrey. The abandoned animatronics are locked inside the now-closed Helen's Pizza Place. Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy all start new killing sprees in their own souls for the next thirty years.
Thirty years later on November 3, 2009, the animatronics are now withered and destroyed, with Helen's Pizza Place being replaced by a jewerly store called Boudega Jewerly Store. Meanwhile, Geoffrey and Samantha reunite, and both tell stories about what happened in the past thirty years.
In a post-credits scene, the animatronics are disposed of by Geoffrey.
