Victor Joseph Mignogna (/mɪnˈjɑːnə/) (born August 27, 1962 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, USA) is an American actor, voice actor, and musician. He has participated in several Star Trek fan productions, including Star Trek Continues where he plays Captain Kirk. He was also involved in music production in the Houston area.

However, he is best known as a voice actor for a large number of animated characters, most of which are anime dubbing roles for Funimation, Studiopolis, and Bang Zoom! Entertainment. His most notable role has always been Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, for which he earned the American Anime Award for Best Actor in 2007. Other notable anime roles include Broly from the Dragon Ball franchise, Tamaki Suoh in Ouran High School Host Club, Fai D. Flowright in Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, Dark Mousy in D.N.Angel, Kurz Weber in the Full Metal Panic! series, Yoshimori Sumimura in Kekkaishi, Zero and Ichiru Kiryu in the Vampire Knight series, Christopher Aonuma in Digimon Fusion, Ka Kobun in Magi, Nagato in Naruto Shippuden, Saizo and Keldeo in the Pokémon anime series, Kasuka Heiwajima in season 2 of Durarara!!, Ikkaku Madarame in Bleach, Rohan Kishibe in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable, and Matt Ishida in Digimon Adventure tri. He also voiced Qrow Branwen (Volumes 3-6) in the anime-style web series RWBY. In video games, he is the voice of E-123 Omega in the Sonic the Hedgehog series (until 2019) and Junpei Iori in Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3.
