Premise[]
Hours after solving the mystery on their second visit to Moonscar Island, The Mystery Inc. gang learn about the Island Cats' origins, unaware of an evil plot at work...
Synopsis[]
While the Mystery Inc. Gang decide to celebrate the rest of the vacation during the Mardi Gras festival, Shaggy and Scooby think about the fourth werecat (from their second visit to Moonscar Island) while the others think about what costumes to wear. Later, as the gang rests up at a hotel for the night, Scooby wakes up, spotting what He thought was the cat creature, was actually, an orange cat, black cat, and gray cat, all going to a park. Scooby explores the park and once inside, He hears voices saying that the development must not happen. Scooby, not sure what the voices were, gets closer and saw only a white cat, brown cat and light brown cat resting on a bench. Confused that there was no one else, Scooby decides to head back. Scooby, after leaving the park, spots someone in the shadows. Scooby ran back to warn the others, but, gets caught in a steel trap, meant for a cat. Two shadows approach the trap Scooby is trapped in. One of the shadows suggests getting rid of the dog by drowning Him. fortunately, before the cage even touched the water, The Cat creature attacked, and the shadows fled. with the shadows gone, The Cat creature after freeing the captive cats, frees Scooby, who heads back to the hotel, as the creature and cats get on a boat heading south.
At morning, Scooby wakes the gang up and tells them about his encounter with the cat creature and the shadows. Scooby and the others, decide to go to Moonscar Island by boat, to find out more about the Cat Creature. After arriving, they hide and overhear that a voice says that they must keep any trespassers away from the island, until dawn. Soon the gang spots three passenger ships filled with tourists and buyers heading for the island. After they arrive, the tourists are attacked by the cats, while Scooby and the others head for a cavern for safety. Once inside, Scooby notices one of the cats’ eyes glowing in a blue color.

- The Six Cats seen in the Cavern at the end and the beige kitten seen in "Scooby Doo: Return to Zombie Island" get a bigger role.
- The Song "It's Terror Time Again" is used during the final showdown between Scooby with the Cats and the Culprits, but in an extended mix.
