The Sky Movie is a 2027 American computer-animated action comedy science-fiction film produced by Pixar Animation Studios, Jerry Bruckheimer Films, Marv Films and Sky Media for distribution by Walt Disney Pictures. The film was directed by Matthew Vaughn in his animation debut, who co-wrote and co-produced the film with Adam Dahlberg, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller and based on the Emmy-winning Pixar television series The Sky Show created by Dahlberg. The film stars Dahlberg, Ross Botsford, Starlit Zhao, John Yazici, Noah Schnapp, Ty Ellis, Jason Probst, Mitchell Hughes, Max LaPlume, Okward Industries, Michael Steves, Tyler Christie, Jordan Maron, Jessica Bravura, Cory Crater, Setosorcerer, Jerome Aceti, Brandon Ashur, Nick Barbierian, Jeff Bridges, Bob Odenkirk, John Ratzenberger, Bryan Cranston, Samuel L. Jackson and Jason Flemyng. The film received universal acclaim for its achievements in animation, visuals, humor, action sequences, musical score and voice acting and won Best Animated Feature at the 100th Academy Awards.
