Laura Dawn Bailey (born May 28, 1981) is a Veteran American actress, voice actress, voice director, singer, and comedienne who is the wife of Travis Willingham and she provides voices for an enormously elaborate number of English-language versions of Japanese anime films, video games and television series as well as her providing a countless number of contributions in all forms of media in any kind that are made within the Western World (particularly within the Continent of North America).

Her notable roles in the realm of English-dubbed anime include, but not limited to the likes of Maka Albarn in Soul Eater, Kid Trunks and Dende in the Dragon Ball franchise (prior to Alexis Tipton's succession of her as the former by the dawn of the 2010s), Tohru Honda in Fruits Basket, Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist, Kushina Uzumaki in Naruto Shippuden, and Shinnosuke "Shin" Nohara in Crayon Shin-Chan, the last of which she also served as the line producer. In video games, she provides the voice of Rayne in the Bloodrayne series, Chun-Li in the newer titles of the Street Fighter series and by extension, a majority of her appearances involving Capcom in general prior to her being replaced by none other than Jennie Kwan as of the release for 2023's Street Fighter 6, Kotone Shiomi and Rise "Risette" Kujikawa in the Persona series alongside with other kinds of Characters (both in the primary, secondary and teritary/supporting positions of the entire cast) that she has voiced in the English Language for the entire Shin Megami Tensei family, Serah Farron in the Final Fantasy XIII series, the title character in Catherine, Serana in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dawnguard, Jaina Proudmoore in World of Warcraft, Abigail "Fetch" Walker in Infamous Second Son, Lucina in the Fire Emblem series, Nadine Ross in the Uncharted series, Fiona in Tales from the Borderlands, Kait Diaz in Gears of War and Abby in 2020's ultimately infamously divisive The Last of Us II.

She also voiced Blaze the Cat and Omochao in the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series from the dawn of the 2010s succeeding Erica Schroeder for the role of Blaze and later is succeeded by Erica Lindbeck as of the late 2010s, as well as voicing Mary Jane Watson and Black Widow in a number of Marvel Comics-based media since the dawn of the 2010s and a prominent cast member of Critical Role. In Assassin's Journey, she voices the wolfdog Blue, a new character who would be playing a big part of the Assassination Classroom series.
