Fallout: Uprising is a 2009 American-Irish adult-animated post-apocalyptic action film directed by Nora Twomey and based on the video game series of the same name. It is the sequel to the 2007 animated film Fallout and the second installment in the Fallout film series. the film follows Nate and his friends who wake up in a seemingly friendly gated community populated by synths and plan an uprising against the town. The film was universally praised by critics for its animation, visuals, voice acting, musical score and action sequences. The film was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.
