- Lucas Grabsel as Aaron Aikman/Spider-Man-a scientist working for the Ikegami Medical Center, specializing in the medical application of insect venoms. When he was twenty, Hannah, the daughter of his boss Kaori Ikegami, was critically injured after being hit by a car and he volunteered his services to help her recover. Eventually, he and Kaori became romantically involved.
When he was twenty-four, Aaron secretly underwent an experimental treatment that resequenced his DNA with that of a genetically-altered spider, developing superhuman abilities. Building a suit of cybernetic armor to augment his powers, Aaron became the Spider-Man Supporting
Antagonists
- Djimon Hounsou as Rick Landress AKA Redeye-an astronaut on the first manned mission to the moons of Jupiter. During the voyage, one of the crew members was found dead, and soon after they all started to turn on each other. Landress discovered that the mission they were on was not what they were lead to believe. The ship was in danger so Landress tried to escape in one of the pods onboard but it was to late, the ship was bombarded with cosmic radiation which hurled his out of control pod into the giant storm on Jupiter.
Rick returned to Earth going by the name Redeye with his new form and powers, and started to wreck havok making many enemies but he seemingly perished during a skirmish against the Spider-Man after he got caught under a barrage of falling buildings.
- Jensen Ackles as Daarroh-an Inheritor who traveled to Earth through a doorway from a dark place and given a cybernetic body to possess from Naamurah
- Julianna Marguiles as Naamurah-who awaken her daughter, Hannah, from a six-year coma. Hannah told Kaori that she'd been in a dark world with a door, then suddenly began yelling at an unseen entity, which took control of her body. The entity, Naamurah manipulated Kaori into converting a walking apparatus invented by Aaron Aikman into a suit of powered armor.
