Dr. Z (also known as Dr. Z: The 3D Movie) is the 2011 American 3D hand-drawn/computer-animated comedy film directed by Matthew O'Callaghan, the film blends traditional animation and computer animation. The film was produced by Indian Paintbrush and Davis Entertainment and released in theaters on May 27, 2011 by 20th Century Fox. Film Summary

After the experiments gone wrong during the childhood, a diminutive guy named Dr. Z grows up into a villain who works as the CEO of Mix Max industries, a powerful and corrupt corporation that relies on animal cruelty for kill all dogs to make its products, most notably sausages.

He is a diminutive guy, who after the experiments gone wrong during the childhood because of the fame of the police dog, K-9, was willing to grow up into a bad guy who works as the former CEO of Mix Max industries, a powerful and corrupt corporation that relies on animal cruelty for kill all dogs to make its products, most notably sausages (as part of seek revenge on K-9).
