- Later that night, Mad Scienstein steals the Megavitamins, forcing Dr. Mario to chase after him.
- After defeating Mad Scienstein, Dr. Mario learns that Mad Scienstien's employer, Rudy, needed the Megavitamins because he had a cold.
- Dr. Mario cures Rudy and returns home with the Megavitamins.
