Dinobots are a type of characters in the fictional Transformers Universe. The Dinobots group consists of several subgroups of robots, each of whose transformed mode is that of a dinosaur or similar prehistoric animal. Dinobots are referred to as Dinotrons in the Japanese version, and Dinobots (ダイノボット, Dainobotto) in the Japanese dub of Transformers Animated. They were named among the top selling toys in 1985 by Playthings magazine.
In some incarnations, the Dinobots are also a combiner group, and can combine into Volcanicus.

- The Dinobots appear as guest characters in Marvel's Spider-Man: Webbed Champion. Appearing in the crossover arc "Legendary Universes", the group consists of Grimlock (voiced by Travis Willingham), Swoop, and Slug. Officially appearing in "Part 4: Heroes in Disguise", the Dinobots team up with the Autobots as well as Spider-Man and his team of Champions to defeat Predaking, who was resurrected by crystals powered by Kree technology which was salvaged and discarded by Oscorp's engineers weeks ago and now seeks to convert human technology to his own liking and take revenge on the Decepticons for attempting to enslave him. The Dinobots later appear in "Part 6: Ultimate Alliance", where they join the Avengers and Champions on the battle against the Regent and his army from the Negative Zone.
- The same version of the Dinobots return in the show's second Disney+ sequel miniseries Marvel's All-Star Multiverse.
- The Dinobots are supporting characters in Transformers: 'Til All Are One. The group consists of Grimlock (voiced by Travis Willingham), Swoop (voiced by Jason Spisak), and Slug (voiced by Dave B. Mitchell). Also among the Dinobots is an original character, Wave (voiced by Laura Bailey), their second-in-command and sole female member who transforms into a red and blue mechanical Spinosaurus, and wields a flaming spear. She is also a professional swimmer in both her robot mode and Dino mode, and a mechanical genius.
