Destiny Hearts is the first game in the Destiny Hearts series, being an Xbox exclusive releasing in December 19th, 2004.
Synopsis[]
Set in the steampunk city of Aldurr, a spunky teenager known as Ash learns that the six cores that power the universe are missing as she is chosen by the legendary hero known as Mega Man to wield the Aegis Blade and travel through the six worlds to find the cores, gaining two helpful sidekicks in the form of Sylvester and Tweety while clashing with what stole the cores, a dangerous race called the Cogs.

Main Party[]
- Ash (voiced by Kari Wahlgren) - a slightly aggressive and quite spunky teenager who is chosen by Mega Man to wield the Aegis Blade as she travels to six Warner Bros worlds to recover the six cores as she begins to learn how the new forms her blade can take works and learns what is truly behind the Cog threat.
- Sylvester Pussycat (voiced by Joe Alaskey) - a quite unfortunate and unlucky cat who is one of Mega Man's elite guards as he is a shockingly skilled long ranged fighter, using two flintlock pistols to fight, joining Ash in her quest to recover the six cores so the world can function again.
- Tweety Bird (voiced by Bob Bergen) - an innocent young canary that is also working for Mega Man as he can use magic to heal Ash in the heat of combat as he also joins Ash and Sylvester in traversing the six worlds in order to recollect the cores and stop this Cog threat.

- Scooby-Doo (voiced by Frank Welker) - a food-loving and cowardly yet friendly and loyal Great Dane who is the mascot of Mystery Inc., as he welcomes Ash and her party, while they help him and Mystery Inc figure out what exactly is going on in Spooky Island.
- Bruce Wayne/Batman (voiced by Kevin Conroy) - the CEO of Wayne Enterprises who is secretly Gotham City's bat-suited protector, as he meets Ash, Sylvester and Tweety during their arrival in Gotham, and helps them find one of the cores, learning that it's in the Joker's hands and that he is using it to create a gigantic weapon of destruction.
- Frodo Baggins (voiced by Elijah Wood) - a young and naive yet humble Hobbit from the Shire who is entrusted by Gandalf to take the One Ring of Sauron to be destroyed in Mount Doom, for which he also gets help from Ash, Sylvester and Tweety during their arrival in Middle Earth, although he is unaware of their true intentions of why they are at Middle Earth.
- Blossom (voiced by Cathy Cavadini) - the bright yet sometimes egocentric leader and older sister of the Powerpuff Girls as she meets and befriends Ash, Sylvester and Tweety during their arrival in Townsville, and helps them find one of the cores, quickly learning that Mojo Jojo has placed his grubby hands on the Core as she heads to stop him.
- Bubbles (voiced by Tara Strong) - the naive yet sweet-natured and sometimes way too soft and dumb member of the Powerpuff Girls, as she also welcomes Ash and her party, finding Tweety rather cute, while helping Ash try and find the Core in their world, figuring it must be important at least somewhat.
- Buttercup (voiced by E.G. Daily) - the brave and tomboyish yet short-tempered and not so bright member of the Powerpuff Girls, as she also welcomes Ash and her party, while helping them try and find the Core in their world, not being surprised that Mojo Jojo got his grubby little hands on it.
NPCs[]
- Mega Man (voiced by TBD) - the elected ruler of Aldurr who is quite strong and a wise Robot Master who defended Aldurr from an ancient menace but retired from fighting and from the Aegis Blade years ago as he learns that the Cores are stolen and sends Ash in order to get the Cores back, giving her the Aegis Blade to help.
- Norville "Shaggy" Rogers (voiced by Casey Kasem) - an amateur detective and member of Mystery Inc. who is Scooby-Doo's equally food-loving and cowardly best friend and owner, as he is also investigating Spooky Island as he is somewhat scared of Ash initially but calms down on her and allows her to help with investigating Spooky Island.
- Fred Jones (voiced by Frank Welker) - the leader of Mystery Inc. who is leading the gang in investigating Spooky Island as he also meets Ash and her teammates, and allows them to help solve the mystery of why these college students are acting strange.
- Daphne Blake (voiced by Grey Griffin) - a snarky and master martial artist member of Mystery Inc. who is also investigating on Spooky Island, as she also meets Ash and her party, and accepts their help in solving the case.
- Alfred Pennyworth (voiced by Alastair Duncan) - Bruce Wayne's trusted butler and assistant who is also aware of his secret as Batman, for which he also helps about, welcoming Ash and her crew although he is aware that their stay will be quite temporary.
- Gandalf the Gray (voiced by Ian McKellen) - a powerful wizard of the Istari order, and the leader of the Fellowship of the Ring, as well as Frodo's mentor who entrusts him with the task to take the One Ring of Sauron to be destroyed at Mount Doom, as he also entrusts Ash, Sylvester and Tweety to guide Frodo and make sure he is safe, although he joins them but from a farther distance, although it seems he ends up being killed during Frodo, Ash and the other's fight with the Balrog.
- Professor Utonium (voiced by Tom Kane) - the Powerpuff Girls' creator and father, and a scientist and inventor, as he also welcomes Ash, Sylvester and Tweety, and tries to help them research on where the world's core might possibly be at.
- Willy Wonka (voiced by TBD) - the enigmatic yet jovial owner of a whimsical chocolate factory where he invites five children chosen by golden tickets for a tour, finding Ash and begs her to help him stop the Cog invasion in the Chocolate Factory.
Bosses[]
- Gestalt (voiced by Keith David) - a calm and mysterious man in a suit who claims to be the reason why the Cogs exist as he wants the Six Cores so he can unlock the gateway to godhood and use the power of Destiny Hearts to reshape the world in his image, being the game's main antagonist, planning and plotting through the shadows so he can achieve his plans for control.
- Sonya (voiced by TBD) - an energetic and friendly teenager who befriends Ash as she gives her advice on how to regain the six cores and bring Aldurr back to power. It is revealed that she is a hyper advanced Cog created by Gestalt to infiltrate Aldurr and betray Ash when she recollected all six cores, which she ended up doing. She fights Ash with her own version of the Aegis Blade known as the Prima Blade.

- Captain Clown - a gigantic and mute robotic clown who is powered by the Core of DC as it was made by Joker to cause chaos and destruction, being the primary boss fight of Gotham City and soon being destroyed and his core being recovered by Ash, Sylvester and Tweety.
- The Joker (voiced by Mark Hamill) - a clown-like supervillain who quite loves causing chaos and discourse as he ends up finding the core of DC and uses it to create a gigantic "New Captain Clown" to cause chaos and destruction, being aided by a mysterious benefactor who lends him Cogs as well.
- Sauraman the White (voiced by Christopher Lee) - a scheming Istari who desires the power of Sauron as he learns that Frodo has the One Ring as he heads to get it no matter what, also wielding his world's core which enhances his powers tremendously.
- Mojo Jojo (voiced by Roger L. Jackson) - a villainous and super intelligent yet incompetent ape as he stole the world's core and uses it to create a gigantic monkey-like mech to cause chaos and havoc all over Townsville as he soon clashes against Ash alongside the Powerpuff Girls.
- Beetlejuice (voiced by TBD) - a devious and quite silly trickster ghost and "Bio-Exorcist" who can either be summoned or banished by saying his name three times, as he is loose in Winter River and vying to marry the teenage Lydia Deetz, soon learning of his world's Core, which he intends to exploit for his scheme.

- Coglings - basic cog soldiers who have no real themes as they attack with their hands and are extremely easy to defeat.
Gameplay[]
The game plays as a hack and slash as you primarily play as Ash who has a light attack, heavy attack, a dodge and a jump as well as the ability to unlock new forms for the Aegis Blade, each based on each world and with their own unique and special effects. The game does have a levelling system as the stronger you grow, the more powerful you get.

Worlds[]
- Aldurr - the game's hub world and tutorial level which is the home to the Looney Tunes, several warriors and civilians. It is also home to an arena with a few powered champions to fight for bonus Aegis Blade forms.
- Spooky Island - a theme park based around frights as Mystery Inc are sent there to investigate college students acting strangely as Ash ends up getting involved.
- Gotham City - a desolate and crime ridden city that is protected by the Batman as the Joker has gotten his hands on one of the cores.
- Townsville - a massive bustling city home to the defenders known as the Powerpuff Girls as Ash works with them to stop Mojo Jojo and the Gangreen Gang who got their hands on their core.
- Winter River - a small-town home to a gigantic mansion as a chaotic ghost known as Beetlejuice is loose and is vying to marry the teenage Lydia Deetz.
- Middle Earth - a massive fantasy world that is currently in a war between the forces of light and the forces of Sauron as Ash gets involved while searching for that Core.
- The Chocolate Factory - a whimsical chocolate factory owned by the enigmatic Willy Wonka as it is being invaded by Cogs who stole Willy's core.
- Destiny Hearts Core - the final world where Gestalt and his cronies await as it is awakened after Gestalt and Sonya gain the six cores to power up Destiny Hearts.
