Clarence: City Planner is a freemium mobile game for Windows 11, Android, iOS, and Kindle Fire. The game is based on the American children's animated series Clarence, and is developed by TinyCo and published by Cartoon Network Games. In the game's original story, Clarence, Sumo and Jeff imagine creating their own version of Aberdale. The game consists of familiar characters and buildings from the show. Spencer Rothbell (Clarence), Ava Acres (Amy), Tom Kenny (Sumo), and Sean Giambrone (Jeff), Katie Crown (Mary), and Eric Edelstein (Chad) reprise their roles in the game; this would be the only time Ava Acres voices Amy again.
Story[]
Sumo and Jeff come by to Clarence's house to show Jeff's miniature replica of Aberdale. Clarence moves some places around to Jeff's dismay from working on the replica all night, in which Clarence convinces him that it would be fun to make Aberdale in his own version. Jeff goes along with his decision and he and Sumo rearrange some of the replica's buildings.
As the game progresses, it is up to the player to create their own Aberdale in their image.
Gameplay[]
Similar to games like Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff and The Simpsons: Tapped Out, the player can create their own version of Aberdale, and can complete character quests to collect currency. The player is able to collect different variants of the characters with enough Pizza Swamp tokens.
