Choujuu Sentai Liveman will be adapted into an anime season for the Japanese, English, French and global anime adaption of Super Sentai Series. Hasbro will create a live action adaption of CSL as PR: Ultra Life Force.
Plot[]
Academia Island was a haven for scientists and doctors to study and practice various fields. However, the finest members of Academia College (Tsukigata, Senda, and Omura) became tired of doing endless work and left the college prematurely, to accept positions in the evil organization, Volt. On the night these 3 students went to Volt's HQ in space, their former classmates (the three main Liveman rangers in their unmorphed forms, alongside the then-deceased Yano Takuji and Aikawa Mari) saw them leaving on a spaceship. When asked where these 3 students are going, Tsukigata swiftly draws a gun on all 5 of them, killing only Takuji and Mari but sparing the others. Before Takuji and Mari were killed, they assisted the pre-CSL team in creating a unique spacesuit lineup to help astronauts explore space without the heaviness of regular spacesuits, making great progress on the day they died.
Professor Hoshi tries to help the team catch up on their spacesuit project, and worries Volt will attack the college and Academia Island as a whole. In spite of preparing for Volt's impending, massive rage and destruction - two years later - Academia's new space shuttle is gunned down by a Volt enemy spaceship, and the few survivors of the shuttle crash are once again the pre-CSL team (unmorphed). The CSL team turns their spacesuit project into bulletproof, fire-proof, animal-inspired spandex suits for themselves, to fight against the evil empire of Volt. The Volt spaceship and Bofular footsoldiers terrorize and destroy the college and take out almost everyone on it, except the new CSL rangers, their various mecha and mecha animals, and a young mother in labor (after the destruction was done) who gives birth to a new baby, with the help of Misaki Megumi (Blue Dolphin).
