Rooster Teeth Productions, LLC is an American digital production company headquartered in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2003 by Burnie Burns, Matt Hullum, Geoff Ramsey, Jason Saldaña, Gus Sorola, and Joel Heyman, Rooster Teeth is a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Streaming & Interactive Entertainment which is a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery. On March 6, 2024, Rooster Teeth general manager Jordan Levin told employees the company would shut down. The process is expected to take several months until DBR expects to bring the production without shutting it down, Warner Bros. Discovery agrees to sell Rooster Teeth to DBR as their new subsidiary.
