Animated series and/or film (whenever it's traditional, tradigital, Flash, or CGI, formerly stop-motion for Rankin-Bass) that is animated outside its country of origin (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.).
